Lori provided us such a gorgeous space! The view is stunning, we truly could not get over how beautiful it was. The space was very clean! The amenities on site were so nice and we loved the sky deck!! We saw lots of wildlife and even saw bears one day! We would definitely come back! :-)

Fran and Ron's place was just amazing and was perfect for our family. The best part was after having another AirBnB booked for over 6 months before this huge family trip we had been planning for a year, the day before we're going to leave the other owner messaged us and said the place was no longer available, so sorry, and just dropped us. Fran and Ron came to the rescue. Great communication, a beautiful place, and a great price. We could not have been happier and are so glad we ended up finding their place because it was better than where we were originally going to stay. If you're considering staying at Fran and Ron's condo, don't hesitate to book it and enjoy everything it has to offer.

This was our 3rd stay at Chuck’s place, different unit this time. As with our previous stays, everything was clean, comfortable and worked properly. We love the coziness the condos offer while still having plenty of room for our family! The balcony is so peaceful and the sounds of the river make you forget you’re right off the main road. We look forward to our next visit and will stay here again without a doubt.

We enjoyed our stay at the Bluebird. The location was peaceful and quiet. The unit was well laid out and spacious. And CLEAN! It was well equipped and nicely decorated. The porch lights were a nice touch. Matt kept in touch before, throughout, and upon our departure to make sure everything was ok. We were happy we chose this property.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Jeff's place in Asheville. It's in a convenient, extremely walkable part of downtown Asheville -- lots of restaurants, bars, breweries, and coffee shops very close by. The unit itself is clean, bright, and comfy. It was one of the best, most live-able Airbnb's we've had the pleasure of staying in, and we've stayed in more than 30 in the past 2 years. Our stay was short so we did not get a chance to try out the kitchen, but it seemed like it had everything you'd need to prepare a lovely meal. Our hosts were extremely proactive with all the information we could need during our stay, and I don't think we had to reach out with any questions at all. I love it when a digital guide (via pdf or Google Drive) is provided beforehand. Hopefully we will have a reason to return to Asheville again soon!

Great place to stay with family while touring Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Knoxville and the Smoky Mountains. Beds were comfortable and every room was clean with amenities. Hot tub was a nice addition after touring the areas. The host was always responsive and made great recommendations for the area. Will be back.

If I could leave a 10 star review I would! My family and I were very satisfied with this property as soon as we opened the door. Kim and Chris are amazing hosts! We really enjoyed this home. We’re already planning a future trip to book with them again!

The condo was great, and the pictures don’t do it justice. Everything looks new, probably because it is. The views are amazing. The place is very clean and spacious. Amenities are great. Nice heated pool, relaxing hot tub, good fitness center, nice common areas and a very cool fire pit area overlooking Gatlinburg.

Jeremy was very helpful when answering my many questions! He was prompt in responding and had great information for us. We attended a conference at the Le Conte Center and it was an easy drive- about 10 minutes tops! I will keep this on my list for future trips to Pigeon Forge!

It was a beautiful place and big enough for myself, my husband and our 3 kids. Close to everything. Very clean!

We have stayed here several times and always enjoy the condo. It’s a nice place to come home too after a day of sightseeing. The jacuzzi is a huge plus, and the bed is very comfortable. Easy walking distance to town as well. It’s definitely a cute and cozy little condo.

Renovated, cozy and clean. It was everything that we expected, and it was the best unit that we have stayed at Oak Square, so far.
