Holiday rentals with beach access in Mahebourg

The apartment was spacious, with a large terrace, clean, well equipped. The pool and the location right on the beach, everything was perfect. The host was very communicative and helpful, we would happily recommend it to everyone else.

Clean, new, very well equipped apartment. Only downside, 3rd floor without elevator... Welcoming and accommodating host. Close to all amenities and the beach.

Our family of 5, including a 4 yr child had a terrible stay! The checkin and checkout timing was flexible! We arrived late at 7 pm and the host couldn’t welcome us in person. Instead they had the welcome meal left for us and greeted us the next morning! The location is outstanding you have a private access to the beach, a pool. My daughter loved the beach as it was easy to swim and under the rocks there were plenty of small sea creatures to view! Rooms were well described and clean! We used the kitchen and they everything we need to cook including sauce, oil and spices. The snorkeling equipment left in the room was a surprise. Stephanie’s place left us a great experience in our first time Mauritius visit!

Ruben’s place is ideal for a family like ours. The view is amazing, the apartment is spacious, and the pool was fantastic. The location is about 15 mins walk to the beach and 20 back (up hill) with a stroller and 2 kids. We were renting a car and found the garage and security team very helpful. Mr Allan in particular went above and beyond; he was such a joyful person and always at his security post. This is Mauritius, so apartments here do need to be kept very clean or you will have ants. They were present when we arrived, but with use of the spray, they disappeared. Hich Lounge is a nice spot for food that’s just a quick walk from the apartment. Overall we would definitely stay again; the location of Flic en Flac is very central and made driving the island that much easier.

Absolutely great value for money. For the price we paid, we got two spacious bedrooms in a beautifully decorated and well-equipped apartment. The location is also a big plus; just a short walk from the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. What really stood out were the thoughtful extras: teas, coffee, toiletries; all things you wouldn’t normally expect at this price point. These small touches made a big difference. In its category, this apartment is honestly one of the best we've stayed in. Highly recommended!

Nathalie is a welcoming host who cares about guest satisfaction. She attaches particular importance to details, which is why the space is spotless. The location is just perfect, just a short walk to the beach and supermarket. The pool is a plus that is not insignificant. I specify that the residence is placed under CCTV, which is a very good point to ensure safety. However, you must be informed that Nathalie is viewing and using the images for a purpose other than to ensure safety.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Flic en Flac! The location is perfect, right in front of a nice lively beach and close to everything you need. The view of the beach from the apartment is really lovely. The apartment is simple but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner was great at communicating before our arrival, which made everything really easy, even though we didn’t meet in person. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a beach stay in Flic en Flac!

Ken was very helpful with checking in and out of the property - the property had everything we needed from air conditioning, lovely showers, spacious rooms and a lovely pool. There was also extras with bath towels and snorkelling equipment one of the best host experiences we’ve had!

This was our second stay at Shangri-La, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. Francine’s stunning villa is truly a gem, and we’re already looking forward to staying here again someday. Francine is an exceptional host - warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with any questions or needs. Shangri-La holds a special place in our hearts as the setting for so many wonderful memories. The villa itself is beautifully designed and thoughtfully equipped with an array of amenities, making for an incredibly comfortable and hassle-free stay. The location only adds to its charm, offering a serene and almost magical atmosphere that makes it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet morning on the patio, swimming in the sea, or simply soaking in the tranquility, this place has a unique way of rejuvenating the soul. We can’t thank Francine enough for sharing her cherished family holiday home with others. Home away from home!

We had the most magical stay at Asvin’s villa. Waking up to such a breath taking view every morning was surreal. The villa is gorgeous and lived up to our expectations. Felt like we were at a hotel at times as cleaners came regularly and changed our sheets too! What a truly beautiful space, we shall definitely be coming back!

He was able to offer us and recommend super cool activities We really enjoyed staying in his house, very comfortable with a breathtaking view of the sea, in a quiet area. very nice terraces, garden and pool available very nice. Lovely villa with a nice pool, lush garden & direct access to the very long beach. Our kids loved feeding the giant tortoises, which live just behind the villa. Owners live nearby and are very nice - they brought us fresh home-growth mangoes. The place is peaceful, quiet, safe, private and virtually mosquito-free (we could peacefully chill in the terrace in late evenings). We especially enjoyed long evening walks along the beach stretching miles to both directions - it is very safe, hence we have also walked in the night counting stars. The "KOA" restaurant is withing the walking distance (along the ocean), while there are other restaurants & shops within the few minutes drive. The Black River National Park is in close proximity with its multiple hiking trails, lush forest & fascinating water falls. We really enjoyed our stay in this place and would definitely like to come back in the near future.

Wow, our stay at Albion was nothing short of amazing! We truly felt at home. Alex and Marie-France were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and communicated well throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless with beautiful finishes and had all the amenities we needed. They were super responsive to any questions we had about the area or the home. Highly recommend their place—and them as hosts!

We had an amazing stay at this house! What we loved most was being part of the local street, which gave us a genuine experience rather than the touristic feeling you get from staying in a hotel. We learned so much more from staying here, enriching our visit even though it was only a week, unfortunately. Dan was fantastic, picking us up from the airport and giving us a warm welcome. Dan's parents, who live upstairs, are super nice, caring, and very welcoming. Our son was thrilled to use the scooter, allowing us to cruise around the streets in perfect weather under the blue sky. The location is great, with an amazing pizza restaurant and gelato place nearby (and many more). The beach is just a few minutes away, offering plenty of options for restaurants and supermarkets. In general, we felt peace and tranquility, making it a perfect place to unwind. We felt grateful for each day we could spent in Mauritius. Highly recommend!

From the moment we booked to arriving, Ambroise and his gf Andre where the perfect hosts and so welcoming. The apartment is exactly as the photos if not better and we were so pleased to spend 3 weeks there. We felt at home and very safe esp with the guard dogs around at night which were so obedient but liked a fuss and play too when allowed. They did not enter our private area. The kitchen, bathroom separate toilet where all like new and very clean. Denis our recommendation for taxi driver collected us at the airport as arranged with Ambroise and also several trips around the island to visit various spots. However it was Ganesh that made our holiday so special with his daily friendly visits to clean and sometimes chat if time. He also offered to pick up food items and made us several Mauritius meals for a small charge. We thoroughly enjoyed using the kayaks as well as snorkeling a few paces from the apartment in the lagoon. Swimming was possible in the lagoon with watershoes. 5*

We spent a nice week of family vacation in Charming Condo, the place is very convenient 5 min walk from the beach, it has all necessary kitchen ware, the terrace-balcony is a great place to have breakfasts and evening snacks to enjoy the sunset. Very pleasant stay at Sheel's, she is a lovely host, very responsive and flexible. She even had a nice touch in the apartment for our honeymoon. The accommodation is perfectly equipped and decorated, as in the photos, very clean and secure parking. Beautiful view from the balcony of the sea and the mountain at the entrance. It is located less than 10 minutes from the beautiful beach of Flic-en-Flac and 5 minutes from restaurants and supermarkets. I highly recommend this apartment. It feels like home. Maria’s apartment is obviously a property used by herself. It made our stay easy as apartment from putting food in the fridge everything was there. Three aircon units and fans. Large water containers provided. Comfortable beds and a lovely balcony up with the coconuts. The view of the sea and the reef is stunning. The gate from the premises gave us immediate access to the beach and within 350 yards at least 19 restaurants with lovely food. Maria also put us in touch with a local taxi driver who also supplied hire cars. We had a lovely economical 4 door auto for £20 per day. Couldn’t have been happier.

We had a nice stay, beautiful place quiet and safe. Closeness to the beach, restaurants and others. I will be happy to recommend this place.

We had a great stay at this plce in Flic en Flac. The apartment is as described. It is nicely located and has everything you need. The communication with the hosts also worked smoothly. I totally recommend this place.

The accommodation was very nice. Definitely appreciated the pool on the roof in the evening. Everything was clean and comfy. Neha and Krsna were very nice, we got fast response and even got recommendations :) Thank you very much
