Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Mai Khao

We were a group of 11 people. The villa was in top condition, super clean and with a great layout and enough space for everyone. Overall, our expectations were exceeded! The host Lothar was super friendly, always available and gave us many helpful tips and recommendations. There was also a contact person for every issue, which was organized very easily via the villa manager. Villa is located in a secured / supervised settlement, which has given you a very safe feeling. The paths to the beach, restaurant and shopping were quite short and everything is easy to reach. We'd love to come back and can absolutely recommend Villa Carlos!

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The room was spotless, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated, making it feel cozy and welcoming. Although the location was not perfect, the excellent service and warm hospitality more than made up for it. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was comfortable. The amenities provided were impressive, and the overall experience was delightful. I would highly recommend this place and would love to return in the future!

Very nice Airbnb. Maid came everyday and cleaned and replaced the linens. We came for edc so it was really close to the venue. Gated community. If you stay here and use bolt look up Sivana Place. Easiest way to get there takes you to the front gate. Better than trying to use the address.

We had a pleasant stay and felt right at home. The house is spacious, clean and offers plenty of space. Wifi was excellent. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. However, a surprise was the view from the second floor of a run-down building that seems to be a home for the homeless. The location is okay – about 15 minutes from the beach, but you have to cross a large main street without pedestrian stripes, which can be tedious with children. The proximity to several supermarkets is positive. The price of about 4500 baht for 10 days for electricity and water in addition, corresponded to the description, but we found it a bit high. However, the communication was very good and we were otherwise generally very happy with the selection. Parking is available, washing machine also as well as functional kitchen. Pool was great with kids and also had a lot of fun.

Our stay in the villa was great, location isn’t far (10-20min walk) from some bars, restaurants and shops while also being quiet and secure. It did have beach and bath towels, but no bathroom amenities. We had problem with electricity charge which was resolved with quick and respectful communication from host. Overall I would recommend this place and would come back myself.

The pictures don’t do this place justice!!! Absolutely amazing!!! THEE Best staff in the world very friendly and hospitable. 10 out of 10 recommend!!!

a beautiful pool area simply enchanting

We were a family of 6 in total. Olivier was extremely helpful and understood what we would need for two young children in the villa. I highly recommend this villa and everything about Olivier. 10/10.

We didn’t think it was possible for the place to look as good in real life as it does in the pictures but IT DOES! The villa is a truly remarkable slice of luxury with spacious rooms beautifully decorated in the Thai style. The infinity pool is enormous and just magnificent, almost making you not want to leave to explore the area. The hosts are super proactive and flexible making us feel welcomed. The villa staff are friendly and always looking to help in any way including preparing outstanding breakfasts bursting with fresh fruits. In short, this property is the ultimate HQ for a more refined quieter Phuket experience away from the hustle of Patong yet still within reach of everything the island has to offer. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful accomodation like in the pictures!! Jasmine has provided us a little piece of paradise. Always responsive, helpful. Offered us a transfer from the airport to the place, earlier check in and also a parking spot in the secured complex free of charge! Can definitely recommend this place and the host!!

Top-notch villa, excellent place to stay and it looks better than in the pictures. Peter was a helpful host and organised everything perfectly. Good starting point to get around the island. Would definitely come back for another stay.
