The apartment has a kitchenette as well as a dining, living and sleeping area, a hallway and a shower room with toilet. The garden can be used, for example, for smoking. The University of Landau and the city center are about 2 km away, the master school for audiologists and the educational center for occupational therapy are about 4 km away. Our neighbor offers the same apartment "Wingert".

Take a break! Core renovated house from 1928 with special charm located in the middle of the vineyards of the southern wine route. Completion of the high quality apartment on the upper floor 03/2025. Modern and cozy as well. With high quality kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. "Sleeps in the vineyard" in cozy box spring beds for relaxing holiday sleep. In the living room there is still 1 sofa bed available for 2 people on request. Upon request, please come with a dog. Salut!

Directly behind it the vineyards offer a fantastic view over the Rhine valley.
