Sylvia’s property was super clean and had the necessities in stock. Her attention to detail in decor with providing detailed instructions for usage of the amenities and quick responses to questions also made for a pleasant stay! This property was very peaceful, secluded from the city noise, and did I mention clean?! The property takes awhile to drive to from Payson so make sure you plan accordingly and have some patience. Lol But Once you get there the stress of daily noise just goes away. Thank you for a clean property, having tons of coffee pods stocked, books, firewood, and for providing an overall peaceful vibe Sylvia! You’re a great host! X

The place is awesome and has plenty of space. Great area too!

The house was spotless and kitchen was fully equipped. The backyard is very peaceful with lots of birds to watch and just sit there enjoy the peaceful surroundings. We had a great weekend and the location is just a mile away from all major stores and restaurants which is a plus. The host responded immediately to any questions and was very flexible. Check in and out was very simple and it didn’t involve a whole list of things to do before checking out like most other Airbnb’s we’ve been at and that’s refreshing to see. We would definitely come back and stay here. It was a perfect size for a family of three or two couples.

This was a gem of a place to stay at. Didn't realize when I booked that it had an entire fenced in yard and it was absolutely perfect for my dog to have some space all to himself. I didn't have service out there but did make sure to have the instructions pulled up before I got out there just in case.
