This pretty Landes house is nestled in the heart of Armagnac! The calm and beauty of the landscapes make it a guarantee of rest to better recharge your batteries! For 8 years, we have been renovating it constantly, and can say today that it is very comfortable: everything is new, and it has just been equipped with a swimming pool and air conditioning! Our teenagers love to go there, and we have a great time with the family. We wholeheartedly want you to enjoy it! Happiness is really in the meadow!

The house is fully equipped (washing machine, fridge, oven, microwave, wine cellar, dishwasher) Some points are important, note that the terrace is 70 cm from the ground without a guardrail and the stairs are old and damaged to go up to the 2 bedrooms upstairs

You will enjoy a soothing setting 1 hour and 15 minutes from Bordeaux and the ocean beaches of Hossegor, with many walks or bike rides, 10 minutes from all amenities. On site: table tennis, trampoline, petanque, darts, table football. Swimming pool July and August: saltwater, heated, secure, 13x6m, open from 11am to 7pm. Rates on request for May, June and September.
