York Harbor Inn- Country Inn Room

Located on the 2nd & 3rd floors of the Main Inn, Country Inn Rooms are quite small but elegantly appointed. All rooms are individually decorated with (1) queen bed, private baths with shower & standard amenities. These rooms have small bathrooms & dormers over the beds/windows. Rooms include our buffet breakfast & wifi. There is no ocean view but beach is within walking distance. *Not suitable for travel cribs or cots, 2 guests max.* **Please note there are NO ELEVATORS in any of our buildings

The River Room

This peaceful King Room with a private bath is located on the first floor & has everything you need for your trip! The old beams across the ceiling and huge pine floor boards make this room extra special, not to mention the propane fireplace & stunning views of The Machias River! Antique decor with a touch of Maine in the room help to capture that 1830’s farmhouse vibe. The room is stocked with coffee, linens, & soaps, along with a tray of goodies ready for your arrival! A guest favorite.

The Mill Inn: Rm 3, 2 Queens w/ Partial River View

The Mill Inn is a boutique hotel in a renovated mill located in the heart of Dover-Foxcroft, Maine. Room three is a second floor room with two queen beds offering partial river views accented by charming decor with a nod to Maine culture. The Mill is a 60,000 square foot historic mill complex that was renovated in 2015 into a mixed-use building with residences, office space, and a boutique inn. While closed during Covid, the Mill Inn reopened in the fall of 2021 under new management.

Great Harbor Inn, Harbor View Room - Ellis

This third-floor suite in our charming Inn features ocean views, a king bed, private ensuite bath, and a cozy sitting area. Guests have access to a shared kitchen, dining room, and common areas, combining the comforts of home with the charm of a classic Maine getaway. Just a short walk to the waterfront, downtown Southwest Harbor’s shops and restaurants. The free Island Explorer shuttle, providing service to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park travels by the Inn daily.

Limited Hours For On-Site Pub Lounge: Thurs 4–9, Fri 4–9 & Sat 12–9 with food, drinks & events. Room service available outside posted hours with advance notice. Direct ATV/snowmobile trail access with trailer parking. Some sound may carry—no complaints so far, but please don’t book if noise may be an issue. Ask about private access and a movie in our original 1920s theater! 🎬. A movie of your choice, popcorn and beverages are available for an extra fee.

This charming inn built in 1799 is the perfect unique spot for your getaway with family or friends. With two bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a living room to hang out in, there's plenty of space for everyone. Located on Main Street, we are just steps away from restaurants, shopping, and historic sites. We are just a short drive from the beaches and downtown Kennebunkport. Coffee is provided each morning for guests, and there is a restaurant on site.

Downtown Hotel Room

Cozy hotel rental at the Acadia Hotel-Downtown. Built in 1884 as a private home, located in the village Center. Private room with full bathroom, QUEEN size bed, cable tv, mini fridge, & wifi. Quite, clean, and the best price in town. These rooms tend to be on the smaller size, and do have SMALL bathrooms. If you are looking for a larger space, look for our Suite Airbnb listing, or book direct though the hotel.

The Elms is a historic Queen Anne Victorian mansion built in 1882 to serve as luxury accommodations for international executives and dignitaries visiting the local paper mill. Overlooking the Presumpscot River across the street from the old mill, the building retains many of its original architectural details, featuring lofty ceilings, grand staircases, exquisite woodwork, and antique furniture.

We’re a small 1950s boutique motel in a tranquil setting just 1.5 miles outside of downtown Portsmouth and Kittery Foreside. Pull up and park directly in front of your room. In need of some fresh Maine air? Just open the windows in your room, or get your fill while sitting outside in our gazebo, by our outdoor saltwater pool (early June to mid Sept) or in our grassy common area.
