Our children have now flown the nest and we don't want to share the beautiful home with just the bats. We live in the romantic Gelbachtal between Westerwald and Taunus. Hikers and cyclists have now discovered the great location of the place. Our peaceful Gelbach flows into the Lahn very close by. Not far away are the towns of Nassau and Bad Ems (Bad Emser thermal baths only 20 minutes away). Our place is located on beautiful footpaths and bike paths.

Particular emphasis was placed on functionality and sleeping comfort.

My open attic apartment (3 rooms) is located in an Art Nouveau old building directly on the park between the popular areas of Nordend and Bornheim. It is quietly located yet in the middle of it all. For the months of October/November and January until the end of April, I make it available for interim rent or short stay in Frankfurt. 10 minutes to the trade fair by metro.
