Old house completely renovated that can accommodate up to 6 people. The house consists of a living room/lounge/kitchen/toilet on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and mezzanine with double bed, then a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed garden with terrace. The house is ideally located south of Deux Sèvres, 40 minutes from Niort, less than 1 hour from Marais Poitevin, 1 hour from Futuroscope and 1.5 hours from La Rochelle.

Le Noyer - 4 bedroom gite (all en-suite) with a private patio area and gas BBQ. There is a well equipped kitchen/diner with dishwasher, range cooker and american fridge freezer and a large lounge with exposed stone walls and log burner. Upstairs is a double bedroom and 3 bedrooms which can be configured as super-king or twin upon request. Full of rustic character and recently refreshed and furnished with luxury in mind. Access to shared 10x5m pool and communal games/leisure facilities.

40 m² cottage completely renovated adjoining our Poitevin farmhouse, located 10 minutes from the center of Poitiers (8 km) and 14 minutes from the Futuroscope (11 km). We will be delighted to host you in our ideal cottage for 2 adults and 2 children (possibility of adding a baby bed in the master bedroom).
