Old house completely renovated that can accommodate up to 6 people. The house consists of a living room/lounge/kitchen/toilet on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and mezzanine with double bed, then a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed garden with terrace. The house is ideally located south of Deux Sèvres, 40 minutes from Niort, less than 1 hour from Marais Poitevin, 1 hour from Futuroscope and 1.5 hours from La Rochelle.

Set in the heart of Verteuil a petite citie de caractere in the Charente we welcome you to Ma jolie petite maison, a one double bedroomed gite that sleeps 4. The building is over 200 years old and has been completely refurbished in 2024. With exposed stone walls and original fireplaces, lit by vintage French chandeliers and tasteful wall lights, the gite is both cosy and comfortable. During your stay you will have exclusive use of the heated swimming pool and a large Moroccan style barn.

On the first floor are a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms as well as a bathroom with a shower. Full of rustic character and recently refreshed and furnished with luxury in mind. Access to shared 10x5m pool and communal games/leisure facilities. Please note that there are low beams in the rooms upstairs.

Close to the center, its amenities, hiking trails and the Saint-Hilaire Church (UNESCO).

Foreign walk in our small village in Val de Bonnieure where you will find all the amenities.
