Apartment is on the sunny side of the building, also facing the garden, that will provide you peace during your stay. Building was completly renovated and everything is new and clean.

Enjoy a stylish and central location, a 10-minute walk from Aligre Market, Gare de Lyon and Bastille. South-facing, all shops, restaurants, Metro L1 and L8 at the foot of the building. The apartment was renovated with an architect to create a large living room, a kitchen equipped with LV and a beautiful shower room. Fiber optic internet, Wi-Fi and a desk with a 27" screen are available. The bedroom has a double bed and the living room has a comfortable sofa bed (sleeps 4 in total).
