Three bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and one with two 90 cm beds (pull-out bed), full bathroom and toilet. A large and bright living-dining room with a comfortable chaise longue sofa. It's on the third floor without an elevator.

Beautiful house with pool

This house is perfect for families with children or groups. Fully furnished and decorated with great care. I renovated it a few years ago and it maintains a rustic exterior with a modern, bright and comfortable interior. It is in a very quiet and very well-connected area, 35 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from El Escorial. We especially value the neighbors' peace, so unfortunately reservations for people under 25 years old are not allowed. Thank you!

Cozy 80m apartment, very bright, excellent views, within a residential complex with swimming pool, gym, paddle tennis court and children's area. Supermarkets and medical center a minute away. Very well connected by public transport (bus) at the door directly to Madrid (Moncloa) and to the train station with a direct connection to the airport. Five minutes walk to downtown Majadahonda with extensive restaurant services, banks, shops, parks etc.

Temporary loft, next to Sierra del Guadarrama National Park, in a natural setting. On the ground floor of our home, independent, with full kitchen, wifi, fiber 600 MB, Smart TV, living room and bedroom, fireplace, garden and barbecue. Pool shared with the owners and another place for two people. 45 km from Madrid capital, very good communication by car and bus. Close to supermarkets, hospital, schools, bus stop and all kinds of services.
