It has been important to create a different aesthetically simplified expression, where the style is minimalist in an industrial design, and where the family can be gathered on one floor. Large glass sections give you the experience of being close to nature while the view of the Adriatic Sea and the islands of Brac and Hvar make the location of the house unique. The rooms of the house are all installed with climate control so that it can be adapted to the individual.

This house is located in a quiet environment, outside the city but close to it. The panoramic view will allow you to relax and forget about the hectic city life and the noise and stress that cities bring. The house is located on a plot of 1500 m2, and it is 100 m away from the nearest neighbor, which allows you full privacy. In front of the house, next to a private, heated, panoramic pool, available from mid-April to the end of October, there are spacious, landscaped, open and covered terraces. Parking is free.

Kitchen has a window overlooking the sea and high table with high chairs and also there is dining table with chairs. From the living room you come out to a large spacious balcony.
