The beach, café and small shop are 100 m from the apartment.

This pretty holiday home is situated in a peaceful, idyllic location of middle Dalmatian hinterland. From the terrace on the northern part stretches a view on the town of Imotski and its beautiful Red and Blue lakes. In the courtyard, on the southern side there are the spacious swimming pool and a covered terace with barbeque and as of 2018 a multifunctional playground for tennis, and football.The centre of Imotski with shops, restaurants, post office and doctor's office is located 5 km away.

Apartman se nalazi na prvom katu obiteljske kuće (100 m2) sa prekranim pogledom na jezero Birina, u blizini Baćinskih jezera, Ušća Neretve i Makarske rivijere. Smještaj sadrži dvije dvokrevetne sobe sa bračnim krevetima i jednu jednokrevetnu sobu. U sklopu apartmana je terasa sa kaminom, prostorom za blagovanje, te ležaljkama. Uz terasu je prostor uređen za djecu sa trampolinom i ljuljačkom. Gostima je omogućen pristup u jezero i po dogovoru vožnja brodom. Osiguran je parking u garži.

Bright and friendly, you will find our comfortable 60 m2 apartment. It is surrounded on both sides by a large outdoor terrace which lines the back of the house, to a densely vegetated forest. 500 m. from the quiet beach and 600 m. from visited beach. Walking distance to the beach and old town city center. Comfortable apartment close enough to everything but far enough so you can enjoy peace and privacy, is situated at the ideal point for you to explore Korcula island or just relax.

All floors have beautiful seaview, parking for cars and possibility to use bbq near house. All of them have big terrace, SAT-TV, wireless internet, kitchen, bathroom etc. Swimming pool area plus 70m2 big lounge on pool level ( huge dinning table, big kitchen, bathroom, 2 couch, Smart tv) 2 upper floors: 5 apartments with 7 rooms and 6 bathrooms. All with huge southern terraces. Just under i have second house so full accomodation can be about 35 people. Great for big groups !!!
