The apartment is located in ,probably, most beautiful part of the town, overlooking the Old town of Korčula. Distance from the center of the town is just a few minutes walk,also Old town. There are small town beaches and places to take a swim in front of the apartment. Apartment is newly redecorated, nice and tidy and bright. You can enjoy the peace and quiet but also be very close the center of town. Sunsets from our southern terraces look magical, while from the northern terrace the view of Mount Biokovo, which we recommend for lovers of untouched nature.

You have an amazing view from this cozy, newly renovated studio, at the top of an ancient stonehouse. You can watch the old town of Korcula wake up in the light of dawn and the yachts enter the port at sunset. Here you are close to everyting while at the same time in a quiet area. The clear blue sea is right outside the door, great for a swim right from the quayside. We welcome you to this well-equipped accommodation, with everything you need for a comfortable holiday.

Our studio apartment is just next to the sea. The closest beach is only 2 minutes walk, while city beach is approximately 7 min walk. The interior is simple but cosy, with breathtaking view from the terrace wich gives you the 'sitting on the boat' experience. You have very good restaurant that works until 2 am, few shops and loads of caffe bars on approx. 7 minutes walk distance, old town of Split on approx 15 minutes by car (or 30 by local bus)

Little Seaside Paradise - two bicycles provided

The apartment is set in a beautiful and tranquil bay Parja, about 3,5km outside of town. Steps down to the private deck on the sea. Great location for relaxing, swimming, walking, and cycling. Pine forests, olive trees, blue crystal clear sea, and singing crickets are the treasures of this quiet bay. Being away from the crowds. Big new apartment very close to the beach

IMPORTANT(for period of high season 15.06.-15.09. because it’s impossible to find parking during that period): Guests can chose one of two options for parking: Parking on the street in front of the house is FREE of charge but it is a city parking, NOT PRIVATE one and can’t be reserved, so in case you use the car often I can offer you a ticket free of charge for the near-by parking place.
