Down there you'll find beautiful beaches, the popular ones and also remote and intimate ones. It is perfect for those who would like to escape the everyday rush and replace it with the beautiful Mediterranean scenery. You 'll have your own floor with really astonishing view. P.S. Villa Pehar Studio Delux 4-je studio apartman za dvoje, 23 m2, . Nalazi se u turističkom dijelu Makarske, sa vlastitim parkingom i pogledom na more.. Dovoljno je udaljen od buke i prometa, a dovoljno blizu potrebnim sadržajima. Najbliži restorani i marketi su na 5-10 min pješice, najljepše plaže 10 min, a centar 15-20 min ugodne šetnje uz more, kroz borovu šumu. Plaže su skrivene u malim uvalama , natkrivene velikim borovim stablima koje daju mir, privatnost i sjenu u vrućim ljetnim danima, .

Charming house right by the beach, only 10 m from the sea! You have a big own sun deck where you can moor your boat and with that a stunning south-facing view. The house is an Eco-house with solar cells for electricity and a water tank, but with all modern facilities, hotel standard with warm water and with Wi-Fi. Bedroom for 2, kitchen/living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Several large terraces, one of 40 sq. with a roof and a large, walled grill/ fireplace. Absolutely private location!

It has 50 m2 south-facing terrace with sun loungers-provides sun all day, but also a shade. It will put you in a holiday state of mind instantly! It's also equipped with AC,WiFi, kitchen utensils etc. You will find anything you need quickly near the apartment-supermarkets (20 m), caffes, souvenirs shops (5 m), ATM (2 m) etc. It's recommended for a great summer holidays to remember!

It's set in strict centar of Makarska, in a heart of the old town, in famous dalmation street. Just next to the main town square Kacic, squere Hrpina and church St. Marco. about 100 metres from the harbour. Everything is on doorstep ( restaurants, open market, shops, bars..) Due to it's position access by car is not allowed. We provide one free parking place in private court yard 200 m from apartment.

IMPORTANT(for period of high season 15.06.-15.09. because it’s impossible to find parking during that period): Guests can chose one of two options for parking: Parking on the street in front of the house is FREE of charge but it is a city parking, NOT PRIVATE one and can’t be reserved, so in case you use the car often I can offer you a ticket free of charge for the near-by parking place.

It is sorrunded by beautliful Adriatic landscape.The mountains provide a lot off walks and bike trackways.The beaches and the see are 5 minutes of driving away.Also the main characteristics of the house are the breathtaking view,peace and isolation.The space has a rustical and simple feel to it so you feel like home.

Holiday house Dora

Our amazing house is located near the city but it is quite and peaceful. There are two beds and place for two more people on big sofa :) We are pet friendly!! :) You will enjoy your time in nature while chilling in the hot tub :) If you are interested, you can rent a boat. :)
