The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

My house is in a village near the Alto Tajo Natural Park where you can plan hiking routes such as the Hundido de Armallones or the climb to the Tetas de Viana, and near Brihuega, where you can enjoy the lavender festival and its fields of tourist interest. The house has access to the barbecue and a large garden, as well as a porch, where you can have snacks after a busy day of sightseeing. The car parking is inside the premises, providing discretion and security.

Perfect for recharging batteries in a relaxed atmosphere or spending a romantic weekend as a couple. It has a small garden out back with a barbecue, stove and mini pool. Old construction house, ideal for resting if you are traveling or to get to know the Alcarria. On the ground floor there is a bathroom, kitchen and living room, ideal for four/five people. By some stairs a little steep one goes upstairs, where there is another bathroom (with a hot tub), a bedroom with a double bed and another with a 120 cm bed. From there you can access the attic by the wooden stairs (see photos), in which there are two 90 cm beds.

The region is famous for its lavender fields in July, lovely little historic villages and spectacular countryside.
