This charming two-bedroom apartment is located on the 1st floor. It includes a bedroom with plenty of storage space and can accommodate two people. It's ideally located 3 minutes from the metro (line 13), close to all amenities and within easy reach of bars, restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. Pleasant renovated and fully equipped studio, in DRC close to all amenities. Located 5 minutes walk from shops and metro 13, the accommodation allows access to Paris in 3 stations (5 min) and Montparnasse train station in less than 10 minutes. Sleeping area with double bed 160 cm open to the living room and sofa bed with fold-out bed 140 cm inside. This is a large studio with no separate bedroom. Slightly busy street, but close to lanes (red pits trail)

Apartment located on the outskirts of Paris, in a wooded and quiet residence. Composed of two large garden view rooms (bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed), open-plan kitchen and bathroom, refurbished, warm, equipped. Ideal for a stay in the capital as a couple, with friends or family. All shops nearby, located at the foot of a park. Close to public transport on foot: metro line 13 (less than 5 min), line 4 (12 min), bus 68 (2 min).

Welcome! 🤗 This apartment located in a quiet and safe environment is very well equipped! 55 inch connected TV (all channels in the world), fiber optic, wifi, laundry dryer, induction hob, microwave oven, furnished balcony, refrigerator, freezer, sofa bed (queen size). Very quiet (on the garden), 50 meters from the metro line 4 (Mairie de Montrouge). PS: I can pick up and keep your luggage if needed. Contact me if you ever have any questions! 😊
