The hotel environment is very good and the location is very good. It is very convenient to walk everywhere in town, and the price is already very cheap. This hotel picture may be that the owner is not good at taking pictures. It's not so amazing. It's a great experience. It's a very nice room. It's a big room. There's a balcony where you can smoke. It's very clean every day, and I can pay 10 rm every day for breakfast. I go to the island every day and wake up at the island at 7:30 am and wake up in the morning, and it's convenient to get to the dock for about 10 minutes away from the dozo It's very close to the hotel Very recommended for everyone to come

Overall, I'm still very satisfied. The host and I were very nice. They also provided fruits and drinks. The bathroom was slightly humid. Some of the channels on the TV were not very clear. I couldn't watch the world cup😭, but I didn't have a TV to rest after a day. I slept for 12 hours. The breakfast was also very good. I ate next door. The frisbee was delicious!The location is a little far from the downtown area, but you can walk to the downtown area, and Semporna is not very big!

Very spacious room, just like in the pictures. Very good location, you can walk to the restaurants and to the port of departure to the islands.

Great communication and help from host. Basic, but very comfortable and clean. It was perfect for a night's stay and would recommend.

A cool and friendly host

We had a great stay! Looking forward to come back. We stayed for 4 nights and sadly we didn’t have a chance to try the Roof-deck, Sauna, Pool and Gym as we had a lot on our sched. Only cons were the TV not working on the bedroom but it has a TV on the living room so it’s good. Another thing is the microwave, it’s somehow confusing to use as we tried it a lot and doesn’t seem to heat but we figured it out. Overall stay on the BNB was worth it and I actually just wanna stay inside instead of going to places. Close to convenience store, restaurants and transportation (MRT). Have a very spacious space with very good view. Best place I’ve booked in this app. Recommended.

Fabulous place. Friendly n responsive host. Items all given as stated but not mentioned that can't cook. It'll be better to install a microwave instead to heat up food bought.Anyway, my family have introduced this place to family n friends. Will make another visit soon. *there's no pots n pans as stated. It's an indication that no cooking done. The front door handle needs to be checked.

Great place to stay with your friends or family comfortable space for 4-6 people. Have tv youtube wifi netflix clean extra pillow extra bed also. Got many plug socket. Overall GREAT !!!

Host friendly dan cepat reply.. even lps 12 am still reply.. late check in after 12, ada staff berjaga disitu, so no worries.. Overall tempat also good, dkt dgn bandar KT.. tapi tak messy sebab suasana dalam kampung.. tenang and nice.. Suitable and recommended for small family, couple or single..

The unit is comfy. Aircond is great. Got washing machine. Got extra mattress and extra pillows. Sejadah provided for muslim traveller. Very very nice view can see Kota Bahru from the unit. All basic needs are provided. After all, we are all happy with this unit. Thank you for accomodating our request.
