One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Apartment located about a 2-minute walk from the center and about 5 minutes from the various transport services. It is in a quiet area with excellent exposure to sunlight that makes it very bright. The accommodation has just been renovated, has a new kitchen, a bathroom furnished with a shower, bidet, sink, toilet and washing machine, a large living room with a sofa bed, a double bedroom and a balcony exposed to the sun. The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

Val Zebrù - Baite di Pecè surrounded by nature.

Apartment in an isolated area in the beautiful Val Zebrù of the Stelvio National Park. Great for spending a vacation in contact with nature rich in flora and wildlife. Wood heating, electricity is provided by a photovoltaic system. There is no telephone connection in the area, but there is a Wi-Fi connection in the cabin, and there are two refreshments nearby where you can taste local foods. The cabin can be reached on foot or by jeep authorized for transit.

15 minutes from Bolzano and Merano is an elegant 65 sqm apartment on two floors with a separate entrance, consisting of a living room\kitchen, a bedroom (full bed) and a bathroom, to offer you a comfortable stay. The apartment is in a suitable location to reach the famous Christmas markets in a few minutes. The apartment is in a 16th century castle. On the ground floor of the castle is a small restaurant, where you can spend a nice evening.

Right in front, we find the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art. In two minutes on foot you can also reach the Archaeological Museum of South Tyrol, where Ötzi, the ice man, is kept and we are therefore in the heart of the city, with its historic center, its arcades and characteristic places.

Spacious, recently renovated apartment on the first floor of a building in the historic centre of Magras, a hamlet of the Municipality of Malé and the main centre of the Valle di Sole. Bed linen is not included in the price: on request, we can provide single sheets for €10, double sheets for €20, and a set of three towels (small, medium, large) for €10. Please let us know if you need sheets and/or towels before check-in.
