Thank you for a lovely stay! Everything was as described, the apartment clean and also well equipped. It is a quiet, family place - a great bay for swimming, snorkeling, sup, boating. From the jetty of the private beach you can jump into the water and enjoy the sun ☀️The pool is filled with fresh water daily and is great for small children. 🐳 Nearby there are two restaurants, no supermarket - the nearest shops are best reached by car in about 10- 15 min. For this you are away from the hustle and bustle of the party town of Novalija and can enjoy nature. The sunsets are spectacular. The entrances to the water and also the gardens are beautifully designed and well maintained. Unfortunately, we did not have Wi-Fi in the top apartment - access to the network only on the ground floor / garden. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and warm. Always available. 🤗 You feel welcome :) We will always be happy to come back! Thank you so much for the lovely holiday! ☀️

Everything was great, the host was so welcoming and attentive. The flat is really spacious, with modern equipment and with so many nice small details that just made our stay enjoyable.

Sonja is a kind and helpful person. The apartment for four people is comfortable and clean. The house is near the sea and near the center of Nerezine. The center is small, but equipped with several shops and places to buy fruit, vegetables, fish and meat at a good price. In addition to being equipped with a supermarket and a bakery near Sonja's house. My family and I spent an unforgettable week...

The apartment is very nice, brand new, comfortable for 5 people and equipped with every comfort. Very well equipped, excellent equipment with dishes and cooking equipment. I appreciated the outdoor space with sun loungers, shower and table for eating... a few meters away the reserved parking that is important in a village like Lussino Piccolo. Just cross the street and a path takes you to the luxurious Cikat Bay, or in 5 minutes you're downtown. I highly recommend it to those who don't have a tight budget.

What a hidden gem of a place with a seaside view on the Isle of Rab. Wonderful location that is only 500 meters from the nearest sandy beach. The accommodation has all the modern amenities you could hope for and is only 200 meters from the nearest food market. The best part of our stay was the host—Antonia—who is quite easily the greatest host we have ever had the pleasure to meet on Airbnb. She was responsive and helpful to a myriad of our queries and went above and beyond to make sure my wife and her family had everything they needed during our stay. This is high-end hospitality in a cosy and modern apartment (with breathtaking terrace view of the water) for great value! We were so blown away by the location and service that we have extended our stay another 5 days!

Great location, shaded parking in the yard, apartment perfectly clean, covered terrace, sea view. Mrs. Ružica is a great and helpful host and always available. It can't do better.

Wonderful house! It was all perfect for my family (2 kids): the flat is very very comfortable, clean and with all you need. Boško has been very kind and met us in person when we arrived. The beach is very very close to the house and so nice! Taxi boat and Rab town are very close too. I really suggest you to stay at House Astrid!!

We had a lovely week and enjoyed using the swimming pool area and enclosed barbecue area (which had a great view of the sea). Apartment was very spacious and homely with all the necessary amenities. We would be happy to return and to recommend to others.

Picked us up from the port and had prepared the most delicious dinner!! Great room with sea view/sunset view and fan and AC! 5 min walk to a grocery store and to the coast. A local boat taxi company stops super close by and takes you to Rab Town so great if you don’t come by car. Overall lovely stay!

The locatio is marvelous, just some steps from the beach. the house is surrounded by trees and a nice garden, which has been decorated with lot's of love for details. we were 4 adults and two kids (age 1 and 3). the house had enough space for us. the beach with it's shallow water was perfect for them to play. Nikolina was very friendly and she always replied quickly.

Damagoj was in contact with us when we needed. Good host. The house was smaller, there were four of us, perfect for a vacation. The amenities of the house and the annex met all our requirements. The garden around the house is large, private. Great barbecue area. The sea behind the fence. Pier just for us. We drove a lot of beach, nearby cities. Great vacation. The price of accommodation includes privacy, peace, private entrance to the sea by the house, private outdoor shower in the garden... Everything in Croatia is unavailable or paid in many places.

Ivan welcomed us personally and offered us his help for everything. We spent 2 weeks with 2 children in the apartment and felt super comfortable. Everything you need is there, we didn't have to get any extras for the apartment this time. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortably furnished. The dishwasher is simply worth its weight in gold and gave us valuable time 😉😁 One of the many small beach bays is in approx. 3 minutes' walking distance. It is rather quiet there and not at all overcrowded. It is great that there is a taxi boat nearby for €3 per person from the promenade to the city of Rab, even until night... The sandy beach in Lopar is about 20 minutes away. Shops are also relatively close, but more accessible by car or bike. It's a bit far on foot. Our conclusion: A sparkling clean apartment, a very nice and friendly host! Thanks for this great vacation on the island of Rab!

Great location, clean flat, great balcony with a stunning view, nearby the wild beach with crystal clear green water called Valdarke - 10 min walk. Close to the center of the town - 10 min walk, close also to Veli Losinj which is super pretty and very worth of visiting. The only comment worth mentioning is that balcony is shared with the neighbouring flat and their window is basically at the balcony of the flat - we were not bothered by this, the neighbours were nice, we enjoyed the stunning view from balcony during dinners and breakfasts.

Very hospitable host, gave us great tips for the area. Furniture and equipment of the bathrooms to the highest standard. We felt very comfortable. Child-friendly. Right on the beautiful harbor promenade. All appliances incl. washing machine worked well. The son welcomed us and showed the apartment, lives on the upper floor of the house. Croatian channels can be received in the TV, available via SmartTV apps such as Netflix and TV apps. Have rented for 7 Eur per day a parking space from the landlord 100 m away on the promenade.

Lionelo is a very friendly host who was always available and provided us with good recommendations for the area. The apartment is very well equipped and tastefully decorated - we didn't miss anything. From the spacious and private terrace you have a wonderful view over the sea and spectacular sunsets. We enjoyed the time in Lionelo's apartment very much.

Comucative, welcoming host. The apartment was clean, the amenities matched the description and photos. Vesna allowed us to check in earlier than stated on the itinerary after communication. She personally greeted us, guided us through the accommodation. She surprised us with snacks in the fridge and fresh scones. Very caring and helpful throughout the stay. An apartment in a location for people who are looking for a quiet vacation. Pebble beaches with beautiful clear water about 10-15 minutes on foot. Again, the day before we left, she surprised us with freshly baked fruit cake. She was aware of the check out time and due to the early morning check out she said goodbye to us and accompanied us safe travels and return home. Satisfied with location, weather and beaches.

The house directly on the seaside and 100m from the village centre. Peaceful location, surrounded by olive trees. The appartment has everything, what is needed for such vacation.
