Monthly Rentals in Maliaño

Beautiful newly renovated apartment. It's unfortunate that it's in an area that is impossible to park nearby. Loading and unloading is also a roll because the street has nowhere to park. It does not have an elevator, please keep it in mind to climb things up the stairs.

Very good apartment, good area (about 10 minutes from downtown by car) and the host very attentive to anything we needed, he responded quickly, helped us and very friendly.

I spent one month in Esther's flat, and I'm happy with my experience. First, Esther is very friendly, gave me great recommendations for places and villages to visit in the area, and where to buy some specific products I needed, and she was texting from time to time if I need anything or if I feel comfortable in the flat. I felt comfortable in the flat. It is spacious, well equiped, modern design and equipemts, the bed is comfortable, the windows help with outside noise insulation, and the flat keeps a good temperature inside. There are several supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants at few minutes walk. There is a mall and premium cinema in the town at 20min walk; and a sport club at 10min. The bus station is at 1min walking from the flat and the train station at 7min. It is easy to go to Santander, and well connected to villages and towns if you want to be in nature, hike, or discover the region.
