However, it is not very suitable for cooking because there is no sink, but nevertheless offers the possibility of reheating dishes.

The living room opens onto the south-facing garden and is equipped with a large dining table and a BBQ. The house is on the same property (30 ha) as our house, but not attached. The Sarthe flows through the property and offers nice walks. The village is an 800 m walk away. The heated pool (11x5) is only open from mid-June to September. "Noisy" parties prohibited

Apartment located in the center of Noyen-sur-Sarthe in a quiet alley overlooking the Sarthe River that can accommodate up to 4 people. Close to shops (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, restaurants, bar, supermarket...). The accommodation is 25 minutes from Le Flèche Zoo, 30 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and 20 minutes from the Bailleul toll. The major cities nearby are Le Mans 30 minutes, Angers and Laval 50 minutes.

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche.
