Apartment in a characterful villa located in the Balmoral district above the town of Spa (3 km) and 12 km from the Spa-Francorchamps circuit. The apartment is located on the garden level and includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a 1.80 m double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. It has a private entrance and a large terrace with two sheltered areas that can be heated, and enjoys a magnificent view of the valley.

This modern, comfortable house will delight you with its facilities (infrared sauna, jacuzzi, electric charging point, air conditioning, open fire, etc.). The town of Malmedy is 12 km away, where you will find the Movie Mills cinema, the "La Scène" concert and show hall and an outdoor swimming pool open from June to August.

The first bedroom also has a loft bed. One bathroom, 2 separate toilets.
