Everyone is WELCOME at our farm, the small Punihof in Mals! Although we only speak German, a little Italian and Swiss German, but we also make a great effort to communicate with guests who speak other languages! We practice nature-appropriate breeding of fattening cattle and pigs. Our home is located at about 1100 m, a little off the beaten track surrounded by meadows, forest, stream, mountains, almost like on an alpine pasture !! :) Relaxation, tranquility, animals and the almost untouched nature here! :)

Cruelty-free, cosy and independent studio for a veg-friendly stay open to all. It has a private bathroom and kitchenette. Every detail is designed with respect for animals and the environment: no goose feathers and cleaning products not tested on animals. Breakfast is self-service: you will find tea, coffee, plant-based milk, yogurt, muesli, etc. and a selection of vegan products. The "Sunnseitn Lodge Mountainsuite" holiday flat is located in Moos in Passeier/Moso in Passiria and offers guests a spectacular panoramic view of the surrounding Alps. The 77 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and thus offers space for 6 people. Furthermore, a private infrared sauna is at your disposal. The amenities also include high-speed WLAN (suitable for video calls) and a TV.

Apartment in an isolated area in the beautiful Val Zebrù of the Stelvio National Park. Great for spending a vacation in contact with nature rich in flora and wildlife. Wood heating, electricity is provided by a photovoltaic system. There is no telephone connection in the area, but there is a Wi-Fi connection in the cabin, and there are two refreshments nearby where you can taste local foods. The cabin can be reached on foot or by jeep authorized for transit.

Historic villa

This special place has its own style. The old parlor, historic beds and lights, 2 wood stoves, an old porch with dining area, parquet floors and a large garden with old fruit trees make a stay a special experience. Clay plastered interior walls, underfloor and wall heating as well as covered car parking spaces offer the appropriate comfort. The entire high ground floor of the building with almost 100 m² is for rent. New in 2025: New oven and sink!

Vacation in the smallest city in South Tyrol

Apartment Marianna is a newly renovated apartment in the smallest town in the southern Alps, in Glorenza in Val Venosta. Located not far from the city wall, you will find the house with a spacious garden and parking. Just a few meters away, you can walk through one of the three city gates and go directly to the charming medieval town, with its approximately 900 inhabitants. The Vinschgau Card (South Tyrol Guest Pass) is included.

A feel-good place overlooking the Ortler

Schluderns is a great starting point for hikes of all kinds, mountain biking, skiing, swimming, excursions by train, cultural destinations (castles, adventure trails, museums,...) to Switzerland and Austria in 20 minutes. In the conservatory with a magnificent view of the Alps you can enjoy the view. A large supermarket and a bar are a 5-minute walk away. The village center can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

A gigantic view, a private terrace and two new and stylish apartments. Where there was once a large meadow with ferns, our "farnhaus" now stands, surrounded by nature, quietly located and yet quick and easy to reach. In front of us stretches the entire Etschtal, a spectacle at any time of the day or night, and Merano and Tyrol Castle are at our feet. A perfect starting point for hikes and beautiful walks.
