Everything was perfect and exactly as described. Included with a bottle of wine, tea, Nespresso coffee machine including capsules. The place is right on the beach and the promenade is a minus - the local club runs a party here every day until the morning hours, but you can count on it because of the location. But the apartment is pretty well soundproofed from the outside, so you can hear the music slightly, we slept well. There were also earplugs in the bathroom. The apartment is otherwise perfectly equipped, everything you can think of is available. TV is missing, but that didn't bother us at all. The host was always responsive and helpful. Overall, I rate very well and would definitely recommend.

Amazing experience staying in Jose Maria’s! It is a beautiful home in the vicinity of the vibey Patacona beach. Very local community and very close to major supermarkets.

We were hosted very well by his cousin who lives next door, despite the language barrier, he did everything to welcome us. Very good interaction with the owner who is very reactive.
