This is a charming little cottage in the middle of nature. About 40 minutes from Trondheim. It is a fantastic starting point for great walks in the Malvik field both on foot and by bike. You can lace up your shoes on the stairs and you are on a trip. After 5 minutes walk through the forest you will hit the Kjerkstien/Pilgrim Trail and can hike along it inwards in the field. A short bike ride away is Foldsjøen with great swimming opportunities, if you have a canoe, this is the right place. Storfossen with hiking trails is in walking distance.

Magnificent single-family home with stunning views of the fjord! The entire accommodation is rented, with the exception of an office, where we lock off to store personal items. The home is unobstructed in a cozy residential area. Large garden that is well suited for families with children with a play stand, dollhouse and trampoline(summer half).
