The cabin is located in the forest about 400 meters from Storvika Strand and outdoor area. Storvika is Trøndelag's finest beach and a super swimming area! Storvika also has several bolted routes for rock climbing and the beach is widely used for windsurfing and kiting. Walking distance to train station and city centre. There may be some noise from the car park and industry during the day.

Welcome to Skogrand as my great-grandparents Aagot and Olov bought as a summerhouse in 1918. It is centrally located 15 minutes from Trondheim Airport and 25 minutes from Trondheim city center. The house has all amenities and many small bedrooms. It is located by itself with large plot and garden surrounded by woods and fields but also right by the road with easy access and plenty of space for parking.

In this place, you live close to everything. The location is in the core of Stjørdal, with short distances to both the swimming pool, athletics track, football fields, fitness centre, shopping centre, cultural centre, etc. There are many nice hiking areas nearby! Sea and beach only 30 minutes walk from the apartment, and the same distance if you want to go to the mountains and forest.
