You can lace up your shoes on the stairs and you are on a trip. After 5 minutes of walking through the forest, you will come across Kjerkstien/pilgrimdleden and can walk along it into the countryside or take a canoe trip on the lake. A short bike ride away is Foldsjøen with great swimming opportunities. Storfossen with hiking trails is in walking distance.

There may be some noise from the car park and industry during the day.

Welcome to Skogrand as my great-grandparents Aagot and Olov bought as a summerhouse in 1918. It is centrally located 15 minutes from Trondheim Airport and 25 minutes from Trondheim city center. The house has all amenities and many small bedrooms. It is located by itself with large plot and garden surrounded by woods and fields but also right by the road with easy access and plenty of space for parking.
