We loved staying at Al’s place. Al is a great host and very responsive, even texted to make sure everything was going ok. The room was small but very functional, we were comfortable. The room was nicely furnished, comfortable bed, very clean and in a great location right on the beach. There was a nice big closet with lots of hangers, also had beach chairs and an umbrella to use. I loved the morning sun on the balcony looking over the water across the street. The Tiki bar in the back was nice as well as the pool. Staff at the hotel were very friendly. We definitely will come back.

Every time a 5-star experience & one of the best values for the price w/included Barefoot Beach Club amenities directly across street. Check in/out always a breeze w/clear communication/instructions - was ready early. Outside free parking 5 steps away & charming balcony/bench. Inside spacious, clean, comfortable, insulated w/ocean views from abundance of windows (has privacy curtains). Unit fresh/safe/secure. AC worked, airflow strong, big/clean SS appliances & stone counters. I used fridge/freezer + oven. Overstocked towels / toiletries for entire group. One BR had closet+hangers. Dressers/TV's in both. LR big screen TV w/cable, Playstation 4 (laggy but playable). Patience w/water pressure but hot. Ladies wanted bright mirror near outlet. Resort heated pool, hot tub & shallow wading pool crystal clear & fully functional. Pool warm, hot tub hot (levels out ~100 degrees due to sheer size. Relaxed vibes poolside w/light music. Beach groomed w/day beds affordable to rent ($20/day). LOVE!

The place was very modern and clean, and the host provided plenty of starter supplies. The location was perfect, as the beach was right across the street. We especially liked the pool area. Even though it is shared, there were plenty of pool chairs available. And all the other guests were very friendly. Also plenty of beach supplies, which were all modern and updated, which was surprising. The size of the place was perfect for the five of us. Each of the main bedrooms slept two teenage girls comfortably, and the semi-private bedroom in the front was fine for me. Plenty of closet space for the girls; I utilized the laundry room as a makeshift closet for my things. The hosts were immediately responsive to our needs and minor issues. Very professional. Would definitely recommend this spot and I would certainly stay here again.

Lovely and quiet place, I stayed for 2 nights and it was everything I needed. I loved the neighborhood, the view was incredible. Nearby shops and restaurants were great.

We had a great stay at John’s AirBnB. It was very conveniently located a short drive from Nathan Benderson Park where we were watching a rowing regatta. There were many restaurants and shops nearby including a grocery store and a Walgreens. The complex where the AirBnB is located is lovely. The pool is large with many lounge chairs to relax on. The condo itself was spacious, comfortable and very clean. We would absolutely look forward to staying here again on a return trip.

This is an absolutely perfect apartment for one or two people. Very well thought out and high end finishes. The kitchen has apartment sized appliances, including a dishwasher and garbage disposal. The bathroom is small but lovely. the location is perfect, in the beautiful Indian Beach, Sapphire Shores area and very close to downtown. I would absolutely highly recommend this. turner communicated with me very well and was extremely accommodating.

We needed a place during our time of relocating and needed it fast. Since this time of the year is hard to find places, we were pleasantly surprised it was available. We had been staying in two bedrooms condos so to find a three bedroom upstairs was a huge win!! Our kids called it a tree house because it was above the canopy of trees when you looked outside. Owner was very nice and was very helpful with any requests we had. Good find! Recommend for sure.

We loved our stay. Such a beautiful place. Loved the laid back feel of Nokomis vs Sarasota. Clean, lovely pool, great communication, spacious suite. We had a magical time!

My daughter and I stayed while she was attending a swim meet. Great location to the meet, downtown, and 25-30 min drive to Madeira Beach where we would spend our afternoons. Great location and perfect accommodations for our needs.

My husband & I had never rented an airbnb before, so we were a little skeptical & nervous about doing so, but with advice from friends & family, we decided to take that route. When we came across Jamin's Tiny Apartment ad, it sounded & looked perfect & reasonably priced. Well, it was perfect! From check-in, when we pulled into the driveway & welcomed by Alex (the manager), to check-out, where we just had to lock up & leave & Jamin always quick to respond when we had any questions. I have o.c.d. & I can tell you the apartment was very clean & I never saw even 1 bug! There were 2 closets equipped with plenty of hangers. One closet was a walk-in with a long mirror & shelving & both had drawers. This not so 'tiny apartment' was far better than we expected. If anyone is considering this airbnb, grab it before you lose it, you won't be sorry! Thank you Jamin & Alejandro for making our first experience as airbnb renters a positive & pleasant one. We look forward to seeing you again.

Place is beautiful as the pictures. Great place from the island and away from all the traffic. Would definitely recommended to others.

I had a great stay! The room was exactly as listed, very cozy and spotless clean. I only stayed for one night, but the backyard area was really nice and I did hang out back for a little, I loved the wall mural. Downtown St. Pete is a 7-10 car ride away, but the weather was really nice and it took me about 40 minutes to walk back. Oh also the complimentary water and snacks were very much appreciated. This was my first time in St. Pete and when I come back I would definitely like to stay here again if there is availability!

Len was a terrific host, and his property is beautiful and exactly as described. Len made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived, and was very responsive to any of our text communications. the property is exactly as described and perhaps better than the photos on the listing, including a beautiful view of the water with stellar sunrises every morning. the location is quiet and centrally located to great restaurants and beaches on longboat or siesta key. highly recommend this location for any travelers looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in the Sarasota area.

We all had an amazing time staying at Transfer's Haven. The AirBnB was super easy to locate, get inside, and matched the description. The space itself was super clean and accommodating, and the area was perfect. I would absolutely stay again.

We had an excellent stay here. The location was excellent as it was right on the Gulf. Our family loved the screened-in lanai. The lanai is right off the master bedroom, so we would open the slider and listen to the waves as we fell asleep. Beach was beautiful and just steps away. Cindy was very kind and messaged me during our stay to see if we needed anything. The condo was spacious, and there was lots of room for storage. Condo has great location- less than 4 miles to Publix and close to restaurants/shopping at St Armands Circle. We would love to stay here again in the future and definitely recommend!!

Chris’s place was amazing! Very cozy and had all necessary items for a stay. Parking very accessible and bed is super comfortable. Chris was also very communicative and responsive. 10/10.
