Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Mandelieu-La Napoule

Aude’s villa is a fantastic place to stay for any family. We have a 2 year old daughter and it had everything she could possibly need! The beds were extremely comfortable. The pool is large enough to do a proper swim and the table tennis kept us busy all night long! Being able to have a bbq outside each night whilst taking in the spectacular views was also particularly special! The villa is set in a beautiful location. It is quiet and peaceful in the hills of Tourette’s Sur Loup. However, you are only a 7 minute drive from the town where you can find lovely restaurants, cafes and shops. Agnes was extremely communicative and if we needed any questions answering she was always quick to respond. I would highly recommend this property and we hope to be back next year! We, a family with two teenagers, spent two weeks at Basile's holiday home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is very well-equipped and very bright, with a view of the surrounding nature from the living room. Wonderful! When it's cool, like spring at home, it's very nice to light the wood burning stove. The surroundings have a lot to offer: There are pretty small towns, the towns of the French Riviera, as well as much more. It's absolutely necessary to take a walk to the Bories du Verdon, it's very impressive! It's like the Grand Canyon. Basile is very helpful and friendly, and answer any questions immediately. We enjoyed our stay very much and can recommend the holiday home unreservedly. Wonderful!

We spent over a week at Babou’s spacious apartment as a family, which looks exactly like the photos. The sea view from the terrace is fantastic. The location of the apartment is good - easy access to the beach and train station (about a 15 minute walk). Fred (Babou’s sister) welcomed us on our arrival - she was friendly and easy to contact if we had any questions. We would recommend staying at Babou’s apartment.

Stayed for a week at Ann's country house and enjoyed every minute. From the welcoming host over the wintery provencal garden, from the perfectly fitted kitchen to the very comfortable beds over the great view from the bedroom window to the pomelos, terrace and pool in the garden. While it is a little difficult to find (stick to the instructions and you'll find it), once you've closed the gate, you're in your own private Southern France universe with olive trees and French terrace doors. We loved everything and very much appreciated that the host entrusted us with kitchen appliances, many elegant lamps to be placed where you need them, enough cutlery and China, coffee, tea, some drinks and chips. Very welcoming. The house is large, offering its guests enough room for privacy as well as place to celebrate togetherness. I liked the closet upstairs with enough space for my wardrobe. The bathroom divider is very special. The house is perfect for 5, two couples +1/ family with 3 kids.

This is a fantastic home. Rightly a small paradise. Both inside and outside. The house is nicely furnished. Natural materials. A well-equipped kitchen. Good air conditioning in all area. Outside is fantastic too. A lovely swimming pool. Lots of places to relax in sun or shade. A nice bbq/plancha. The Jacuzzi is also a super experience due to the atmospheric light and the view. Nearby are many nice villages to visit. Or Nice (30min). Bruno and Virginie are super friendly hosts. Respond quickly. We warmly recommend this accommodation.

We lived in Cécile's place at the end of March before the high season and were very happy with the house and the entire handling. The location was ideal for our purposes as we were mainly for motorcycling and with a dog in the region. You can drive to Cannes (or to the nearest village with supermarket) for a while, as the route to Tanneron is extremely curvy. For those seeking peace and quiet, the location is perfect. The house is (unlike other houses in the region) very modern and newly furnished. It was very clean and well maintained. We couldn't use the pool at this time of year, but it's bigger than it looks in the photos, not visible and very inviting. Cecile was very responsive to our questions and concerns. Check-in was straightforward. We were very pleased and would come back!

We had a great time at the apartment, and enjoyed the location a lot. Thanks to our amazing host Doume, he was very friendly and had great tips for the area.

Beautiful apartment, there is everything you need for a pleasant stay. Large bedrooms, ample storage. Private parking close to the accommodation (500 m). We parked on the sidewalk to unload and then went to park the car in the parking lot.

A proper home. Wonderful, spacious apartment. Beautiful shutters that allowed a cool through breeze. Great location. Quiet. Comfortable beds! And a very thoughtful and generous host. So lovely, she left a delicious bag of baby cakes for our toddler upon arrival, alongside milk, butter, bread and other goodies.

Simon's place is in a perfect location. It is in the center of the old town and in close proximity to everything. Lots of cafes, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, movie theatre, and last but not least it is walking distance to all public transportation including the train station to the airport. Simon is one of the best hosts ever! He is very responsive, helpful and kind. He went out of his way to make my long stay comfortable. He even helped me with my suitcase up the stairs when I arrived, showed me the apartment and explained everything that I needed to know. My flight back was early in the morning and I had to leave the house at 6:00am. I very touched when he helped me take my suitcase down the stairs and walked me to the station. He loves Nice and his passion for the city comes through by helping his guests feel right at home! Thank you Simon for everything!

This is our second stay at Christophe's and, again, we are very satisfied. Everything was perfect and the stay was really nice. The accommodation is comfortable and equipped with everything , only a 10/15 minute walk from the center/Croisette and the SNCF train station (trains to Antibes. Juan-les-Pins, Nice, Grasse, etc.). The small garden is nice and the private parking is very useful. Christophe is very responsive, available and welcoming. We really appreciated his welcome touches (fruit juice, water, tea, coffee, tapenade, etc.) An address that we highly recommend and where we will return very volentiers.

A place to remember! The apartment perfectly matches the listing, everything is available, we were absolutely missing nothing, like at home! 😊 Pascale is responsive to messages, small welcome booklet with clear explanations. The location is very quiet and tranquil, close to everything (Provençal market, restaurants, port...). We'll be back for sure! 😊

They're incredibly kind and helpful hosts. The place is very nice and clean. They were great with us so we will definitely come back to their home if we go back to the area.

We spent New Year's Eve in Eddy's house and couldn't have made a better choice. The house is clean, cozy and located in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your stay. Eddy was a helpful and attentive host,l. Highly recommended for groups and friends looking for serenity, comfortable spaces to share!

I booked the villa for a vacation with 11 friends. We were fully surprised when we arrived because the villa is extraordinary and is 1000 times better than what the photos show. The interior is comfortable, modern and very optimized (EVERYTHING you need to feel at home is in the villa!). There are no photos of the two bathrooms on Airbnb but these two bathrooms are modern (Italian shower + Italian shower and bathtub in the 2nd) which is very comfortable. The bedrooms are large and with plenty of storage space. The villa is very spacious which allows everyone to have their own space. The balconies and terraces on every floor are a huge plus. The pool and outdoor space are just perfect! The outdoor bar totally won us over and the garden is very large which allowed us to play spike ball, badminton, volleyball, ping pong… A big thank you for this wonderful stay! I booked this place to celebrate my 60th birthday with my family. The house has an exceptional location with a sensational view of the bay of Saint Maxime. Car is absolutely necessary. About, 10 minutes to the sea. Everything was to our complete satisfaction. Easy to find, uncomplicated check-in. All was perfectly prepared. ( Baby cot + high chair ) We immediately felt at home. In the house, there is enough space to cook and eat in the open living/kitchen area with 8 people. There is even a fireplace for cold days. The outdoor area is also awesome. Several levels to linger. Great pool, jacuzzi, sauna, even a boule area at the bottom of the property is available. Thank you Stephane for the wonderful holiday week. Frank & family

An amazing AirBnB in beautiful surroundings. Very well-equipped kitchen, warm swimming pool and just 10/10 all around. The many bathrooms and showers were great for our group of 11! Merci!
