Directly on the lake, the apartment is located near the center, on the third floor with elevator and with an extraordinary view of the lake and the mountains. It is equipped with air conditioning. A garage for one car is available free of charge. Paola will pick up those arriving by train at the station. Electric car charging under the house. At 200-400 meters. departure of boats for the tour of the lake and train station. A few kilometers away is the medieval village of Varenna.

The cottage was built 20 years ago, repurposing the original stone from a pre-existing Roman building.
