Monthly Rentals in Manduria

We stayed 4 days in a typical local apartment on the first floor. Recently renovated, it has all the comforts of a modern apartment, while maintaining the “Manduriano” style. The apartment also has a lovely terrace where you can have breakfast and dinner. You can reach the beaches in about 20/25 minutes. Burkhard gave us very useful information to reach the apartment and upon our arrival we were greeted by Mrs. Maria Italia, very nice and kind. In addition, Burkhard provided us with fresh water, coffee and a great Primitivo wine that unfortunately I could not drink. We really enjoyed everything. Highly recommended! The stay at Chiara's was extremely pleasant, a clean and comfortable environment, ample living spaces with an appreciable outdoor patio, a fully equipped kitchen, the air conditioner was appreciated. Street parking and very convenient access to the house. With a 15 min. drive you get to the sea with an extended coastline with a wide choice of beaches. Thanks to Chiara

Stunning ancient building with beautiful traditional interiors. Great Location with Private parking and located in the centre of Manduria, with great outdoor space too. In the flat there’s everything you need for longer stays. Highly recommend

alessandro was extremely kind, we booked a day before was too quick to respond. We arrived in a beautiful house with garden and garage inside the house, with gifts and a delicious café. The house was super clean, tidy, the kitchen very equipped with utensils, I felt at home. The house is close to several cities where we can visit. Thank you very much
