Cottage on the lake

Charming cottage in the countryside at 200 m from the beach (equipped with restaurants and bars), in absolute tranquility. All rooms are situated on the ground floor. It consists of a double bedroom, a windowed bathroom with tub and shower, a kitchen-living room with a table for 6 people and a sofa bed for two people. There is a porch adjoining the entrance. In the garden there is a barbecue and a table. At about 1 km (in the center) are: bakery, supermarket, bar, newspapers and tobacco, pizzerias and restaurants, butchers, and pharmacy). From here the coach to Salò, Desenzano and Brescia. TV: italian, english, french, spanish and german channels are available.

Situato al primo piano,con ampio terrazzo da 40mq, stupenda vista sul lido di Manerba,giardino con spazi soleggiati e zone d'ombra di 300 mq. Area parcheggio auto privata a totale disposizione dell'ospite,situata nel vialetto retrostante l'abitazione.

"Il Fienile di Manerba" è una piccola struttura ricettiva a gestione famigliare, che si trova in una posizione ottimale per visitare il Lago di Garda in lungo e in largo. Nonostante il centro del paese sia a 5 minuti di camminata, la location risulta molto silenziosa e tranquilla, ideale per il vostro riposo! Non mancano parcheggio privato interno e deposito coperto per le vostre biciclette.
