‘Ayangue summer house’

We are a family that made our dream come true by building a rustic house near the sea, located in Ayangue (300 m2), 5 and a half blocks from the beach. It is a furnished and equipped family house with a living room, dining room, kitchen and 3 bedrooms, each with air conditioning. There are 3 bathrooms: one is the master bathroom, and there is a separate bathroom for the 2 bedrooms. There is a large porch with hammocks, a barbecue grill and a wood-fired oven, an outdoor bathroom with a shower, and a large paved space for 4 cars.

House is two bedroom, two bathroom, two queen size beds and one twin size bed in the loft. Master bedroom has a large office with a panorama beach/sunset view with generator for electricity and 850mbps WiFi. Perfect for digital nomads 5 minute walk to Manglaralto, 15 minute walk to Montanita. Enjoy Montañita while achieving sound sleep.
