The house looks just like the pictures, the views were stunning, best beach views ever. The host was always responsive to our questions, always find a solution for anything we needed. My family throughly enjoyed.

The house is very beautiful and comfortable, everything was clean and in order . The photos show the house as it is. Check out time is early but notified in reservation details. Very good communication.

I booked this house for my boyfriend and his family. It ended up being around 13 of us and we all fit comfortably in the space. We loved that we had our own private beach and pool, and it was a beautiful outdoor space. The space inside was clean and very nice. The only thing that i can think of that was a downside is that there were not enough towels in the rooms. Some of the couples had to share a towel. Miguel was great at communicating and responded quickly. I definitely recommend staying here. I would come back!

La Fortunata 2.0 is a beautiful, modern place, a spectacular view of the sea, in the middle of nature🏞️, comfort, swimming pool, hammocks, it is complete if you want to relax with your family. My husband , my children and I had AN INCREDIBLE time, we will definitely be back very soon❤️ Thanks to everyone behind, they were always very helpful and kind. 10/10 in attention.

I'd say it is easy the best house in the area! The location is a bit away from the noise of the city, which makes it perfect for relaxing peacefully with your family. The neighbors are very friendly local people. This is a luxurious and well-equipped stay, and the host’s attention is outstanding!!! I’ll definitely come back with my family in the future.”

Our stay at the house of Nubia was excellent, it is located in a closed urbanization, which provides security and a lot of tranquility. The house comes with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxed stay. The pool, surrounded by vegetation, is perfect for disconnecting and enjoying the surroundings. Nubia was very detailed upon receiving us: he left us piqueos, wine and a basket with super useful items such as speaker, blocker, scissors, batteries, lighters, among others. It's those details that make a difference. The house is about 7 minutes by car from the center of Olón, but for us it was not inconvenient: we organized a day to go out and the rest we spent enjoying the house. Thank you Nubia for your hospitality and warmth!

the very nice house, better than the photos posted. quiet and safe place. everything is well clean and spotless. felt right at home. if you like nature and tranquility this would be the perfect place by the sea.

The truth was better than what was seen in pictures. I definitely think of coming back! The location is ideal, in a quiet and safe area. It has everything you need to spend a few very comfortable days of rest ( or work as in my case)

Martha and Gustavo were very friendly and responsive to all communication. The apartment was cozy and cool (good AC) and the bed was comfortable. The apartment was a 3 minute walk from the beach. I can highly recommend this location.

Highly recommended everything. Mary's attention is excellent, concerned that the stay is the best you have. The place and the perfect house if you are looking for comfort and being a little away from the noise of downtown Montaña. She recommends you to a lady who works with her in case you need to be cooked and not having to leave the house. Mrs. Maria was great and delicious cuisine.

Great location, perfect for enjoying your time on the beach. It is very close to the beach area, and restaurants. The neighbours were not loud, no traffic during the nights.

A beautiful place to go as a family, with plenty of space to share and all amenities. They gave us great attention in everything that was needed!

Luis was so helpful and we loved the house and town. It was great to walk to town and the surf point. Our family lived outside lounging in the hammocks, shooting pool, playing in the pool, and using the outdoor kitchen. Also, Gloria and Ramon were kind and helpful.

Excellent place to stay while in Montañita. I did a siblings trip with and we really enjoyed the atmosphere of the house. Rustic look with all the necessities, adorable place. It’s not in the center of the city where all the noise is, so it feels private.

Excellent place with a nice view

Maria Fernanda's property is beautiful, a nice house, full of many details that make the house a nice and cozy place. From the terrace there is a beautiful view and on the balcony you enjoy the hammocks. What you walk to the beach is very little, they have a tent already assigned on the beach, you have beach chairs that one takes them from home, the truth...there is everything you need to enjoy with family and friends. We will certainly return!
