Rated 2 stars in furnished tourism, I offer my little 26 m2 paradise facing Mont Blanc, warm and equipped for 1 to 4 people located on the 1st floor of a chalet with balcony that will offer you a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc. 5 minutes from the ski slopes in winter (free shuttle in the residence) and heated pool in summer right in front of the chalet (open from July 1 to September 1). Village/Shops 8 km away, thermal baths and SNCF train station in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains 11 km away.

Welcome to Élise and Maxime's home, this warm accommodation offers you a relaxing stay in a family resort. You will appreciate its comfort, its beautiful view, its calm, its proximity to La Clusaz (10-15 min) and its major asset: its location on the slopes. A real immersion in the heart of the mountain!!! The Col de Merdassier website (1500m) is very open and sunny. It is located at the foot of the peaks of Etale (2484m), Pointe de Merdassier (2313m) and Mont Charvin (2409m).

Merdassier snow front is lively during the winter with night skiing on weekends and holidays. In summer you can enjoy walks, an outdoor swimming pool (July/August, €4 and €2 per day) playgrounds (tennis/ping pong/swings). Shops and rentals (ski/mountain bike) in season downstairs from the building.
