My house is in the first row facing the water. It is a house of 124 m2 spread over 2 floors. There is a small garden and balcony. It provides a really good setting for a nice holiday by the water. It is ideally located in relation to the golf courses and sightseeing along the coast and inland. It is also very suitable for relaxing by the pool or in the garden and for walks on the beach. Beautiful beach house with amazing views!

Nice to welcome you in my beautiful house facing the sea, overlooking 3 countries:🇪🇦🇬🇧🇲🇦! Original and modern, it won't leave you indifferent. Family beach, without stones, shallow, it is usually clean and peaceful. The top/chillout rooftop is spectacular, along with the sturdy wooden porch and its garden. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 extra single bed as well. The large living room is large and the sofa can be converted into a bed. Practically all new. It has its own motorized garage.

The house is located in a quiet residential area 50 meters from the beach only half an hour from Malaga airport, just 6 km from the city centre. It features a big terrace, half of it has a roof. On clear days you can see the whole coast line of Marocco and the cliff of Gibraltar. There is two bedrooms with king size beds, one of the bedrooms has a door to the back garden where you will find a shower, a laundryroom and lines for drying.
