My apartment in the center of Karşıyaka is located on a spacious street away from the noise. It is in a new building, on the mezzanine floor, with a balcony and an elevator. Karşıyaka is 10 minutes away from the beach and the bazaar, and only 3 minutes away from the metro. There are many restaurants and chain markets around the house. There is direct metro transportation from Izmir airport. It is also 20 minutes by tram to Karşıyaka Hiltown and Mavibahçe shopping centers. Our apartment is located in the most decent neighborhood of Kahramanlar, within walking distance to Alsancak center, the fair and the metro station, and 15 minutes to Kordon, the pearl of Izmir, and Kıbrıs Şehitler Avenue. It is a modern and stylish apartment where the building and all the furniture are brand new. The apartment is on the first entrance, and everything needed for long-term stays is available in the apartment. It is an apartment where you will feel special, peaceful and positive.
