Featuring a central heating facility and a private terrace to enjoy cozy barbecues, it is perfect for a family of 5 or a group. Explore the picture perfect nature by hiking and cycling. There are many interesting places nearby such as the world heritage city Quedlinburg at 20 km, Rappbode reservoir, and Wernigerode's old town and castle at 25 km. You can also visit the town centre at 500 m and explore the Mousetrap Museum. Kids can have fun in the furnished garden with the shared play equipment while you lie down cherishing the view of the lake, mountains, and forests. You can relax indoors in the living-dining room by the cozy wood stove. Parking is also arranged. 2 pets are allowed for an additional fee. Public transport lies 500m away and train station is at 1km. Country Villa with Pool

Unser schönes Landhaus hat insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer über 2 Etagen. Auf ca 190 qm gibt es 2 Bäder, eine große Küche mit Terrasse und Lounge Zimmer, Wohnzimmer, Kaminzimmer und Sauna. Im Aussenbereich findet ihr einen 1500qm Garten mit Fußballtoren, kleinem Basketballcourt und einen 11m Pool ( Juni - Sep). Die überdachte Aussenterrasse und BBQ Grill laden zum Verweilen im Freien ein. Leider hat der Pool keine Sicherheitsabdeckung und aus diesem Grund ist die Villa nur fuer Schwimmer geeignet

Holiday Home - right in the middle of Germany

Our house is located in a prime residential area and next to the forest. Everything was renovated and lovingly refurnished in 2023. Parking is available in front of the house. The house sleeps up to 10 people. With the house comes a partly covered terrace and a barbecue. Thüringen is famous for its "best bratwurst in the world" and we want you to enjoy to the max. The City center is a 10 min. walk away and restaurant "Berggarten" in the forest with a nice playground about 20 min.

Very modern and generously equipped - this villa is perfect for relaxing and exploring the area with the whole family or friends. There are wonderful opportunities for hiking directly from the house as well as for trips to Wernigerode, Thale and Stolberg. In winter you can perfectly ski nearby.

Entspannung pur in der Villa Rosa. Unsere wunderschöne kleine Villa liegt unweit des Zentrums von Bad Sachsa auf einem kleinen Berg mit Blick über die idylischen Berge und Wälder des Harzes. Ein verwunschener Garten lädt zum verweilen ein. Der Weg zum Zentrum des Ortes dauert a. 5 Minuten zu Fuß und auch das Erlebnisbad Salztalparadies sowie ein großer Indoor Spielplatz und der schöne Schmelzteich sowie der Stadtwald sind in wenigen Fußminuten erreichbar.

Directly on the floor with a view of a weir. The listed house has a fantastic location and is completely modernized. 120 sqm of living space. Shops, restaurants, cable cars, climbing park, Harzer-Hexenstieg, Teufelsmauer and Bodetalherme in the immediate vicinity. Terrace and 2000 sqm large meadow plot, ideal for families with children.
