Very quiet neighborhood, access to county park on river bay at end of street. 1st floor completely renovated, balcony w/ lounge chairs. 4 rooms with beds, sleeping 8 people, one office room with couch, 3 full baths, unheated sun room with futon bed (additional bed sheets provided upon request, sleeps two more people). The home has excellent light, two coffee makers, and an espresso machine. Once you make your coffee, you can sit on our beautiful porch or on our wicker furniture in the back.
