It has WiFi and is fully equipped, including a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and Nespresso coffee maker - all just ready for your comfort and enjoyment! The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

It is located in the Jewish quarter, next to the Virgen de Gracia viewpoint, on a pedestrian street where silence and tranquility prevail. Alsaudade is half an hour from Toledo and the Puy du Fou theme park by car. On the lower floor, it has two bedrooms and a bathroom and on the upper floor a suite with a bathroom included. There are also two extra single beds that allow up to 8 guests to be accommodated. The extra beds can be used, even if there are six or fewer guests. We also have a playpen-crib for babies. The house has a backyard with a barbecue where we put a pool in summer.
