The apartment is located on the 5th floor (elevator available), just a few meters from the beach of the Mar Menor. The building is located next to the protected nature reserve of the Salinas de Marchamalo, where you can spot flamingos. In the evening you can see the lights of the buildings on La Manga. La casa está situada en el corazón del Parque Natural de Calblanque, en la población o paraje de Cobaticas con no mas de cuarenta casas. Las playas del parque están a unos 15 minutos andando y a 5 en coche o autobús de la casa. Aunque Cobaticas no dispone de ningún comercio ni servicio, el pueblo de los Belones se encuentra a 5 minutos en coche y Cabo de Palos y la Manga del Mar Menor a menos de 10 minutos. Cartagena esta a unos 30 minutos.
