The place is beautiful, well equipped with everything that you might need. The nearby restaurant recommendations by the host was really helpful. We were 5 couples, and we had plenty of space for all of us. A lot of games to play. Good play area for the kids too. A great experience.

Barb has been incredibly responsive all throughout. when I was stuck at the airport due to a mixup with my car rental,she stayed with me over messaging, with some really great alternative suggestions. From the freshly washed blanket on the couch, to all the snack options tailored to my preference, and the views...oh my goodness, just stunning and so peaceful! Barb just really went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed. I was given the perfect balance of privacy with letting me know she was there for any need I had. The home was lovely and uncluttered, cozy living room with the fireplace and a spot to set up my laptop and work in a private area away from the main spaces. I had every amenity I needed to live very comfortably. This was one of the best host and airbnb experiences. Thank you Barb!

I recently stayed at Ivy’s Place with a few mates to celebrate my 50th birthday and do some cross-country skiing at Larch Hills, and it was absolutely brilliant. This charming heritage home, over 100 years old, is full of character and has tons of space, making it perfect for a group getaway. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, which made cooking meals together a pleasure. The house itself is warm, inviting, and beautifully maintained, with plenty of room to relax after a day out on the trails. The location is fantastic – set in Canoe, BC, it’s close to the lake and an easy drive to Larch Hills, making it ideal for both winter and summer adventures. The hosts have clearly put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home, and it really shows. If you’re looking for a spacious, character-filled retreat in a great location, I’d highly recommend Ivy’s Place. Would love to return!

Beautiful Heritage Property for a wonderful weekend with friends. Good communication, great amenities. Lovely hot tub and gorgeous living areas. Comfy beds. Superb for large gatherings.

Our family LOVED our stay at Susan's cabin. The cabin was so quaint and the location was amazing. A private beach all to ourselves was the best part. We were fortunate enough to stay when the fire bans were off so it was a nice to sit by the fire on the beach sun up till sun down. :) Susan was a spectacular host! So accommodating and helpful. We hope to be back in the future!

Beautiful Airbnb with stunning views!! We stayed here and skied at Roger’s Pass everyday, I was worried the drive would feel far but it really didn’t feel far at all. It’s a very easy drive and worth it to get to stay in this beautiful Airbnb! I would definitely book here again. The apartment is thoughtfully decorated, has a comfortable bed, nice hot shower with excellent water pressure, and the kitchen is supplied with all the materials we needed to make dinners and meal prep for long ski days! 10/10 recommend!

We had a great time. The beds were comfortable with spacious rooms, kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and lots of little extra’s like games and stuff for the beach. We felt safe and thought the unit location was very central with quick access to the pool and lake! Everyone we encountered at the resort was friendly and helpful! We would love to come stay here again!

We loved staying at Taunia’s and Millie’s! The place was perfect, the king bed was super comfortable and I loved the kitchen. It was quiet and peaceful and loved her yard. Our Frenchie Ren also loved staying here, the yard is completely fenced. Taunia is so friendly and helpful we felt right at home! Thank you so much! We will definitely be staying here again if it’s available on our next trip!

Very nice place in the Schuswap. Well appointed suite, close to beaches and other amenities. Beautiful garden grounds. A private deck for the suite. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Delicious chocolate chip cookies left for us to enjoy! Overall, a great place!

I stay at a lot of Airbnb's and always try to find unique and memorable spots. Just when I think I've found the best hidden gems a place like Shaun's comes along and blows the bar way out of the water. Every touch and detail was thought out with care. The surroundings speak for themselves but the space Shaun has created is outstanding. And Shaun himself is so friendly and hospitable, was able to borrow some milk for my coffee in the morning and he had it over in a flash. The cabin itself was quaint but clean and functional with much of the focus being on the large private deck. All the shared spaces have everything you need and create a great way to mingle with other guests. I got to have a chat with a very nice man who was visiting on a fishing trip and was cooking his catch of the day on the fire, he then later brought me a plate of my own, what a special experience. By far my favourite Airbnb to date. Will always make a point to stay here when I can. 10/10

This is a great place to kick back, relax and enjoy the river. The variety of birds, the farm animals, the serenity of the spot gave us a lovely time away from home. The slippers and robes were a lovely touch!

We had the most amazing weekend at Janine and Gord’s place. The location was breathtaking and the cabin was very comfortable. The extra touches made the weekend very special - an early morning canoe was a perfect start to the day, and it was fun using the sauna before dunking in the lake! It was lovely to chat to Janine and Gord and would highly recommend this place!

Vreny and Ruedi have created a beautiful oasis in the wilderness. The cabin is a perfect spot to sit back, relax and listen to birds chirping, the distant sound of passing trains and of course if you're lucky the two beautiful and friendly dogs will come join for a quick hello while you soak the nature in! All of this while being five minutes away from local grocery shops, grocery stores, restaurants and the lake. Vreny and Ruedi are fantastic hosts, they are kind, friendly and make you feel right at home! If you're looking for a tranquil place to disconnect from the world, yet be 5 minutes away from Tim Hortons for a coffee, then this is your place!

The cabin was a cozy, peaceful experience nestled in the woods. It was a wonderful getaway surrounded by a beautiful setting. The cabin was clean, comfortable and I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a forest stay in Blind Bay.

Barbara is an amazing host. The property and her neighbours are perfect. The only thing I’d change is it would have been nice to have lamps for low lighting on the main floor and the he bathtub was beyond slippery. I flipped out of it backwards and another struggle with slipping too. ♥️♥️♥️ Thanks Barbara for your lovely space and being a great host. We appreciated our time in the area!

Lovely and clean and had everything we needed. Really like the area. Easy to get to the beach on the lake and went for a couple of hikes in the area. Enderby cliffs was a good one. Also drove up to the Sicamous lookout. Thank you Terry!
