Best location one can wish! The sound of the swell relaxes you all day. The sea is so near you feel like touching it from the balcony. Gibraltar view. Direct access to the sea promenade. Harbour, old town within minutes of walking distance. Shops, restaurants, bars sorround the building, still it is peaceful. The flat is newly refurbished, provides a comfortable and quality stay. Fantastic apartment in the center of Marbella. Completely renovated. Five minutes from the old town where you will find a wide variety of restaurants as well as trendy places. A ten minute walk from the beach as well as the marina, a place of nightlife. Supermarket, pharmacy, banks as well as shops in the immediate vicinity. The accommodation has free parking five minutes from the property and a swimming pool in the summer season (from June 15 to September 30).

The lovely flat with 2 rooms, kitchen & bath (douche/bidet) has a nice balcony and seaview (first row to beach). Bedroom and livingroom has Aircondition. It has a seperate sleeping-room with kingsizebed (1,80m) and a second sofabed at living-room. The sofabed can be easily turned into a doublebed (1,50m). The appartment ist perfect for 2 people, a third person is possible sleeping in the livingrooom (sofabed).
