We went to the country house with friends and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The idea that the bedrooms are downstairs and the rest of the rooms in the house are upstairs seemed very good to us for those who wanted to rest. Everything was very clean and the house is as shown in the listing. Alejandro is very friendly and gave us perfect directions to get there and to the parking area, since it's a small town and not all the streets are suitable for parking. Besides, the village is beautiful. We will definitely be back !!!

Simply put, we spent a few days in the paradise. The accommodation is an ideal place in the middle of nature to disconnect, but very close to the City. Totally recommended. Gregorio a super host.

We are looking for tranquility, evasion and green area in the countryside... Everything is great! The pool is wonderful and the chickens too... We would repeat it without a doubt!

Super nice and quiet place to stay. The pool and Jacuzzi were great and contributed to relaxation. Communication was flawless. Very clean and everything you need was there. Kitchen fully equipped and a basic set of spices, oils and cleaning products was also provided.

This villa is like heaven on earth! I have never been to a more beautiful place in my life.. the surroundings are paradise.. large cypress trees surround the villa and large extensive grounds.. there is a beautiful large celebrity worthy pool and stunning log table with Greek style tiled gazebo! The villa was clean and comfortable and had everything you could possibly need! There are fabulous tennis courts and plenty of seating in the grounds over looking the acres of land! Every corner had something more fabulous! We also had visits from a gorgeous little dog which made our trip! I cannot praise this beautiful place enough! Heaven on earth!!!!

Our stay at Manuela’s cozy and unique house was simply perfect. Nestled in a beautiful place with stunning surroundings, it offered the perfect balance of peace and adventure. The house reflects authentic Spanish culture and charm, and we loved trying the local food and soaking in the laid-back atmosphere of the village. There are some really nice trails nearby with beautiful nature, and if you’re into wildlife, you’ll be amazed by the vultures soaring overhead – it’s truly a paragliding heaven too! Manuela herself is a gem – incredibly friendly, responsive, and so easy to communicate with. She made everything smooth and welcoming from the start. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a genuine Andalusian experience! We certainly need to come back! Thanks!

We are two couples who have gone with our dogs to enjoy an end in La Casa del Lago. The site is perfect for disconnecting and enjoying nature. In our case, time has not accompanied us, so we have taken advantage of a great table that they have in the perfect living room to play board games (although the hosts offer some, we are very geeky and we took our favorites). In the end it has become an end of disconnection between friends, games and the warmth of the chimney!! :) M Dolores has been very kind and has taken care of every detail. Although we haven't met her personally, she has been attentive to any questions. He gave us very clear instructions to get there and would respond very quickly to messages. The house is very nice and corresponds 100% to the listing. We would certainly repeat in another season of the year to be able to enjoy the outside and the pool. 10/10.

This is our second time staying at this villa. It is a very beautiful area and so peaceful. We can happily ensure we have all we need and not leave the place. Lise is amazing. She looks after the place so well and when she has been to clean pool or water the plants you don't even know. She comes very early so as not to disturb but if you see her have a chat, she is a lovely lady with lots of knowledge!

Very beautiful house with exceptional views. Well equipped. Private parking inside. Close to the tourist villages El Gastor 2km and Ronda - Olvera - Setenil all 30km away. Friendly hosts who showed us the path to commerce and especially parking (well hidden) in El Gastor.

A really beautiful house-cabin. Everything is taken care of in detail with a very large plot in which you can find everything (hammock, reading area, a small creek if it rains on you...). The interior is very nice and well cared for. It looks like the hosts love the place, I assure you that you will fall in love with the place. Walter and Sabina are lovely, we are already looking for dates to come back!

The house is perfect, super comfortable and has everything we need. We couldn't take advantage of the pool because it was not hot, but it was spotless and super careful. Everything you need to live a few days quietly. The location is fine, because it is secluded for tranquility, but only 5 minutes from El Chorro and that's comfortable. Many nice areas in the house to be resting. Good grilling area and sun loungers. All of us charm! Recommended ;)

Lovely bnb in an absolutely beautiful village. Jesus is delightful - he met us on arrival and made us feel right at home. Took we for a walk to Ana’s shop where he had organised local bread for us in the morning. Gave us great recommendations for our day in Ronda. Beautiful place! Parking is not for the faint hearted - follow the instructions and you’ll be fine. Gracias Jesus for a lovely stay.

A wonderful experience! The house is a charm, very quiet area with many birds singing in the morning. The house has all the amenities that are needed, basic and very cozy. Maria is very quick to respond to any questions and is very nice.

The house and garden meets, and indeed exceeds, expectations and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. We found it had everything we needed and more.....the pool and the outside kitchen barbecue area suited us down to the ground. There is so much space and wonderful views. Jose and Teresa are lovely charming hosts and always responded promptly with extremely good nature and a genuine offer of assistance was always there should you need it. The fruit basket and beers on arrival were a lovely gesture and Jose even sorted the weather for us! 😁 All praise that comes their way is well deserved and we would love to make a return trip if we head that way again. Thank you for everything.

Victoria was a very nice host, the arrival was late but no and no problem. Anda showed us everything in the house. The house was fully equipped, all kinds of towels, bed linen, washing machine and herbs available for cooking. You were allowed to use the delicious oranges and lemons from the orchard and every day we were allowed to feed the sweet cats. The kids enjoyed themselves in the big garden.

The villa did not disappoint and it was was absolutely stunning with its rustic charm, beautiful pool and awesome views. My partner and i stayed at the villa and we both had a truly amazing, relaxing time. We would definetly recommend a stay in the villa and it provides guests with a unique experience. Yelena and Pieter were available and responded promptly to any queries we had. The only advice is we would recommend guests to take a 4 x 4 car to reach the villa as some of the roads are quite hard to navigate. Thanks so much Yelena and Pieter.

Three of us had a wonderful, peaceful stay at Adolfo's casita. The outdoor kitchen space with barbecue is perfect for cooking meals and the swimming pool amazing for cooling off on a hot afternoon. Being only 10 minutes drive from Ronda means you can explore the city easily and return to the peace of the rural casita after.

We enjoyed the accommodation very much. The location to some tourist points such as Ronda or the Caminito del Rey was great, the terraces of the property and the pool great. Also inside the house is equipped with attention to detail, only the kitchen could be a little better equipped. Thank you very much for the great time!

Fantastic place ! Miguel was really helpful with my last minute booking and gave clear , easy instructions to get to the place which was easy to find. The house is amazing to relax with a stunning view over the mountains, just like the pictures . It's perfect for a weekend, away from the city. We loved it and recommend it to anyone !
