A 70sqm large apartment at ground floor of an isolated house surrounded by greenery with a large garden overlooking sea, barbecue, solar shower and covered parking. Located in a very quiet place, next to a nice and never crowded pebble beach. Built about a century ago as an annex of the nearby "castle" and for this reason called "Casa al mare" (House by the sea). Beautiful penthouse in the center of San Vincenzo, a short walk to the port and the main street of the city. It has a large terrace of over 130 m^2 above which you can sunbathe and make wonderful aperitifs at sunset.
