In the small town you can find a couple of kilometers away a grocery, a restaurant, a bar, and the post office. The connections to Pavia are quick, about 5 minutes by car, near the house there is a bus stop for connections to Pavia.

From today we are greens, we have activated the photovoltaic panels. Apartment with large rooms on the edge of Ticino Park, in a very quiet area. Parking space at the entrance of the property reserved for guests. The house is surrounded by a fenced garden available for guests. The bike path, which crosses Pavia along the Ticino, passes in front of the house. For safety, for younger guests on the upper floor, a special gate closes the staircase.
