Beach house holiday rentals in Marco Beach

We enjoyed our stay at Anna's place. It was clean and well maintained. Check in was easy with a lockbox and a code. It was nice that each room had it's own bathroom for privacy.

Absolutely loved this house! So comfortable, VERY clean and beautiful all around. The outside covered space is so nice. We loved being able to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather! One of our favorite beach rentals to date. The house is situated very nicely and the main living room couch is clean and sooooo comfortable. The house has everything we needed and more. We so appreciated the beach towels provided and also everything we needed for long days at the beach. Our family loved our first trip to Marco Island and we will definitely be back. Thank you!!

It's a nice, new, house. Location is great. About a mile south of the busy area on Ft. Myers Beach. About a block to the beach. The pics show the beach entrance under a condo, but the condo has a ton of signs prohibiting beach access. We used it without a problem and there is public beach access 1/2 block south. The island is still recovering from IAN, be prepared for some construction noise.

We had such a wonderful time in Marco. Your house was exactly what we were looking for in a family vacation. The pool and spa were wonderful and it was great to have a beautiful kitchen so we could prepare some of our own meals. It was great to have our whole family together in one place. We hope to visit again in the future.

Jonathan is probably the best host I've ever experienced. Fast and clear communication and very friendly. This property had more amenities than I've ever seen, literally everything you could want for a day at the beach or the pool. Kids had a blast with the pool table and games in the lower level when they needed a break from the sun. Everything about this place is 10/10!

We had a wonderful stay at Alex's home. A short walk to the beach and the JW Marriott Hotel was so close. Tons to do and close to so much. Thank You!

We were very impressed with Andy’s commitment to making our stay great. Unfortunately, the pool heater element went out from a lizard getting into it, so it took a couple of days (due to it being the weekend) to get it back up and running, but Andy was on it and went above and beyond to accommodate us! The home was clean and had a nice open concept and was close to shopping, restaurants, and not too far from beaches. We would definitely rent from Andy again!

Our family had a really nice stay at Nicole’s place. The house was great and has a lot of fun activities. The pool and outdoor space were enjoyed by all! Nicole was also very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this house, it has everything! Thank you!!

Would diffidently recommend! Angie was extremely prompt with all communication and very friendly. We learned that she is very connected with the island which shows. It's not just bodies in the door and profit for her. She truly loves the island and it shows. We have rented homes with a local company for 15 years and were nervous to use any other source (had to due to availability on what we wanted). The fears and questions ended on day 1. Angie not only delivered a great home exactly as advertised but was easy to communicate with and easily accommodated a request that we asked due to unforeseen circumstances on our arrival (on our part and nothing to do with the rental) . She truly went above and beyond and we're glad to have met her. Looking for many more memories made in the future!

The house was wonderful. Very clean, great pool, and great location. We have rented many places throughout the years and this property management company was by far the best to work with. Extremely responsive and very friendly! Jon was awesome! Even went out of his way to help my son find a baseball game on TV. Would absolutely rent from them again!

Paul was a great host! The house was close to the beach and lots of great restaurants - and had everything we needed. We’d definitely stay there again!

Our extended family group enjoyed the stay at All Decked Out home. The bathroom and bedroom combinations and the general living spaces were excellent. The outdoor spaces made for great "on location" places to vacation. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the pool area was a hit as well. All these items made for a relaxing vacation for all ages of our group. Lisa is amazing and always helped with questions and information. She was friendly and helpful.

Our family of 5 had an amazing stay on Marco Island for Easter Vacation. The Flamingo House was perfect for our family. It had the beach gear needed - beach chairs, umbrellas/cabanas, toys, and trolley - for walking to the beach. The house was only 1-2 block walk to the public beach access point which was so great. It also had about 10 bikes in the garage, enough for our kids aged 6, 9 and 10 including helmets, and also the adults. The home itself was super clean - spotless bathrooms, new bedding and sheets, washer and dryer - and all the kitchen gadgets and and outdoor grill. It had an outdoor area with a pool, lounge chairs and hammock that our family used. Liz, the host, was always responsive by text with anything we asked, and we were responsive back to her. Good communication. We would stay here again for a future vacation to Marco Island. Great host, great house, and great walkable location 2 blocks from the public beach. Thank you!

We had a great time in Naples at John’s place! John was responsive and accommodating. We were excited to find that the kitchen had everything we needed to be able to cook our own meals during the trip. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

Paul’s home was perfect for our family’s stay! My daughter loved the pool! She jumped right in upon arrival! The house was clean and orderly and very comfortable! Easy to find and a short drive to the lovely Marco Island beach! Very lovely for a nice disconnect from the everyday routine!

Located in a nice part of Naples. Close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Accommodated our large family well. Screened in porch was very nice. Beach chairs and bicycles were a great plus.

From start to finish, everything was exactly as described – spacious, exceptionally clean, well-equipped, with bright and modern décor. The house is located in a desirable residential neighborhood. It could easily receive more than the maximum 5 star rating!

We loved the house and area, about 2 blocks from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. We would stay here again. The house is HUGE! Plenty of beach towels, a wagon, beach chairs, and cooler were put to good use every day! Screened in back porch with table was nice for dinners. This has nothing to do with the house or host, just a heads up for others staying in this area - traffic gets very congested in the mornings and mid afternoons so allow extra time when traveling to and from the island.

Maggie was wonderful checked in on us every day and gave us rainy day suggestions. I was in town to tie up family matters, so the hot tub was very relaxing every night after a day of running. The pool is wonderful too. I wish I could have stayed longer and taken advantage of the boat. Maybe next time when it’s a true vacation getaway. Close to everything. Enjoyed my stay throughly.

It was a great stay! Host was very helpful and responded promptly to queries. They also let us extend check out time by 2 hrs which was really nice. The home is located close to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed staying here. *One suggestion is to add a full length mirror in the upstairs main bedroom as it’s a little inconvenient to use the bathroom mirror when getting ready.

Our family enjoyed our stay immensely. The pool was wonderful. The hot tub, although a bit smaller than we had expected, warmed up quickly and provided a much used space for our little ones. It does fit about 3-4 adults, so definitely not too small. From bikes to water toys to ping pong and a pool table, there is definitely something for everyone. Let’s not forget the BOAT! This was such a wonderful addition. We were able to go from the pool to a boat ride and back to the pool with ease. Joe was very helpful with getting oriented to the boat and the boat map was easy to read. Very bike friendly area with well marked bike lanes. There is a public beach 10-15 minute bike ride again which was clean and well maintained. Great restaurants right down the road. You will need to bring toilet tissue, laundry detergent, and any refrigerator condiments as none of that is included. Not a deal breaker for us, but something that we weren’t aware before doing our grocery order. Five stars!

This was a wonderful place to stay! We traveled with toddlers and it was a very kid friendly pool and local beach just a 10-15 minute walk. The house provides many convenient amenities that made the stay that much more relaxing for both the children and adults. We would definitely recommend this beautiful, newly renovated home friends and families!

Usually we stay in another part of the island, the home is so close to restaurants, beaches,etc. we ebiked all week so this location was perfect for us. This home has everything you need- beach chairs, toys coolers, wagons and bicycles. Keruig, drip coffee maker also. This home was very clean, sanitize strips on toilets. Pool is heated and hot tub is perfect. There is noise due to the fact there is condos or apartments behind it but nothing to complain about. We look forward to returning in the fall when it is less busy.

We had a wonderful stay- the house was just as good as advertised and the location is excellent with an easy walk to the beach and some restaurants, shops, and even mini-golf. Loved the pool at the house and that each bedroom had a bathroom. Kat was super helpful throughout the process and offered tips and local insights. We would definitely stay here again!
