Family-friendly holiday rentals in Marco Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everyone at the tennis/pickleball courts were friendly, and we got in good practice and games. The pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. Ken was responsive to any of my questions. Close to grocery stores and shopping. Ken gave great recommendation for visiting the beach.

Stayed for 5 nights with husband, 2 kids ages 11 and 12 along with Grandparents for a relaxing Spring Break getaway. The house was beautiful. Kitchen contained everything needed to make meals. Was great to have a washer and dryer. House is located close to beach and shopping. The highlight for us was the hours spent in beautiful backyard. The spa and pool were amazing! There is a covered area by pool where we ate many meals and played card games. Eric was very responsive whenever we had had a question.

The house we reserved was better than expected and everything was immaculate. Neil, the property manager responded right away when we called about a broken vaccum cleaner. Excellent response time and very professional. Unfortunately a thunderstorm damaged the AC and it couldn't be fixed right away, but Sean moved us right away to an even larger house. He even reimbursed us a day for our having to move and the night without AC. We definitely would rent from Sean again.

This house is spectacular, great view, open floor.pla, great lanai, hot tub, pool. All amenities you need. Looking forward to visiting again

Lovely house in a lovely location. The house bedrooms are nicely divided for 2 families (the den has a pullout sofa bed with a door) you are into boating the house location is perfect. In 15 minutes we were able to get to the fuel pumps and then to Gulf access. The house was well equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, and toys; as well as fishing gear and a cooler.

Carla’s place was absolutely beautiful and she was a wonderful host! Extremely helpful and responsive with lots of great recommendations. The house was clean and just as described and we never wanted to leave the pool. Thanks Carla for an awesome stay - we will definitely be back!

Enjoyed this just as much as the first time we stayed here. If we come back down this way we will definitely book Lis & Tim's place.

The house was very clean and everything worked in the house as expected. When we had any questions they responded very quickly and ensured that out stay went as smoothly as possible. Great People

My family met at FMB for Christmas and stayed at Andy’s house and it was just what we needed! The location is great, quick walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. The area is definitely still a mess from hurricane Ian, but places are starting to reopen and the beach is still lovely and clean. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and lots of stuff to take to the beach!

We had a really crappy experience with another property that we walked away from. We needed another place right away. I booked this place and within an hour we were moved in. Great communication and very accommodating. Thank you !

We spent our family vacation at Katherine’s home in March 2025. Our vacation consisted of Myself and my husband, Our two sons and daughters in law and 3 children under 3 1/2. We enjoyed every minute from check-in to check-out. The house was very spacious, clean and childproof. The lanai area was perfect for relaxing! The pool was great, with a landing that was perfect for our 1 year old grandson to play. Our granddaughters lived in the perfectly heated pool when we were there. The pool lighting and uplighting were gorgeous. Katherine’s house was well stocked, plenty of pool toys, bikes and beach stuff. The location was perfect, with lots to do! We had such a good time, lots of memories and would highly recommend for your family vacation.

Brandi’s place was clean and exactly like how’s described. The community was peaceful and private. The house was clean inside and the pool was well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!!

The house is just like the photos. Located in a residential area with access to supermarkets and places very close by. The house has 5 sun loungers, 2 umbrellas and several coolers. And everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would only improve the master bedroom bed that the mattress is very soft.

Great location in Naples close to shopping and restaurants. House was beautiful and well appointed, great for families. plenty of space. Gorgeous lanai and pool. Will definitely stay again and recommend to other travelers.

The location was absolutely perfect- super easy walk into town to grab lunch and dinner, and super easy walk to beach- and the cute little beach bars with music. The back patio was right on the canal and perfect to have a cup of coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the afternoon. Would highly recommend this place if coming to FMB.

Absolutely stunning and clean home! We were blown away as soon as we walked in. The photos were great but the home is much more impressive in person. One of our favorite aspects of this home was the outdoor pool area and view. The kitchen had everything we needed and was very spacious. The home never felt crowded for our 2 families of 4. The beds were super comfortable as well and it was nice that each couple had a King bed. The location was convenient as it was close to Publix as well as some great restaurants. Ingrid was very helpful and professional. Thank you so much for sharing this lovely home. We would love to come back and stay in this home again!

Lovely clean home. Bright and airy with clean decor and furnishings. Spacious and spotless pool area with relaxing pool. Host was easy to deal with and management company were very attentive. Would recommend

The place was extremely stunning! There’s no way you couldn’t enjoy yourself here! It was beautiful inside and out!! It was filled with all the amenities you could need! Recommended restaurants and also shopping venues close by. It was within a mile or two to get to anything. My husband and I are already planning to come back as soon as we can! We highly recommend this place to anyone!! Thanks for the great memories!

This is the second time we've stayed at this house, and the third time with Marc and Anne as hosts. They're great! The house is very complete, tidy, there are plenty of towels and the kitchen is a 10. I recommend opening the windows and letting the sun in. It's a super bright house. The patio is always our meeting place: between the pool and the barbecue. We had a problem with the dryer, and Marc was absolutely prompt, attentive and helpful. The weather didn't help, but we still had a FANTASTIC time. The house has bicycles, which we enjoyed riding around the neighborhood, which is beautiful. Thanks for having us once again. We really take care of and feel at home in your home. Because that's how you make us feel, really well taken care of. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING ❤️

This house is very nice. Lots of extras to enjoy like bikes beach supplies and pool. Neighborhood very quiet

Drew was extremely responsive if we messaged him. Having the heated pool at the house was a wonderful amenity while our toddlers napped. The house had almost everything we needed and were able to use Walmart delivery for the rest. We will definitely consider booking this house again if we return to the area!

The Bay and Beach were both very walkable just as described. We rented bikes for our boys for reasonable prices and very easy. House was comfortable and pool was relaxing after a day at the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

We are very excited about our family vacation June 2024. Thank you Misheline and Gilles for sharing your beautiful, cozy and comfortable home with us. Everything was at the highest level. We visited the barefoot beach; anyone who loves wild nature will enjoy it, but we didn’t like the fact that there were alot of rocks. We visited the free beach-North Bonita beach. We also visited Marco island beach and Vanderbilt Beach - wonderful beaches! For shopping, the Miramar outlets are super! We visited two beautiful botanical gardens and the Everglades. Captain Webb was awesome, super fun!!! We saw 4 alligators and two manates. I fell in love with the two lounge chairs near the pool. The bed was a little high for me and there wasn’t a large enough pot for the soup (I had to cook it every day), but everything was wonderful, like in heaven, we even tried real ripe mangoes (we asked the neighbors). We always love staying at Anna’s place. The house is very clean and close to many shops and restaurants, as well as the beach. It was well-stocked and we didn’t run out of anything, which was great. Communication was easy and she is always very responsive to any questions or concerns. Thanks for another great stay!
