Les Frênes - Malvy Island

Small private island located between Angouleme and Cognac, on the path of the bike path "La Flow vélo", in the immediate vicinity of the pretty beach of Le Bain des Dames. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Many activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, table football, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a real oasis for biodiversity!

Large west-facing terrace, with garden furniture and dining table. Direct access to the large heated pool in season. Bathrobes and towels will accompany you to the spa (jacuzzi and sauna). In the heart of Domaine Le Repaire, Chez Misja is located at the end of a peaceful hamlet, just 2 km from the village of Mareuil. It is a cozy cottage for 5 people, ideal for spending pleasant holidays with family or friends and enjoying the calm and sweetness of living in the countryside. Guests can enjoy the amenities common to both cottages. Swimming pool with terrace open from May 1st, a small one for children (3 x 4 meters), a tennis court, a children's playground etc.

We converted this former farmhouse into a luxury home.

Cottage set in idyllic water mill

A pretty cottage set in a water mill, it is ideal for a couple, but can also accommodate a family of up to 4 people. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchenette, and use of the swimming pool during the summer months, and for the winter months we have a pellet stove in the main living area, and a radiator in the bedroom upstairs. The bathroom has a heated towel rail.
