Due to the very central location of the apartment it is very easy to get around and all the places of interest are very close. Public transport is just a stone's throw away and takes you everywhere you want to go. City Centre is in reach within a 10-15 min walk and with public transport you get there even quicker. The longest shopping street, Mariahilfer Strasse, is right up the road and the famous Vienna State Opera just a 10 min drive with the subway away. To get a little bit away from the city life and into the green, the famous Schloss Schoenbrunn and Prater are easy to reach with the Public Transport close to the apartment.

In the heart of the fifth district, the apartment is centrally located in the middle of the Siebenbrunnenviertel. The location is perfectly accessible by subway (Pilgramgasse), is not far from the main train station in Vienna and is only three stops from Stephansplatz. Die neu sanierte Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, ist straßenseitig nicht einsichtig, zusätzlich wurden alle Fenster mit Einbruchschutz versehen. Die Wohnung liegt zentral aber dennoch in einer ruhigen Seitengasse unweit vom berühmten Wiener Naschmarkt. Die 45m2 bestehen aus einem Wohn-Schlafraum, einer kleinen Küche mit Essbereich, einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und einer separaten Toilette.
